Michelle was able to take a wholesale approach to an antiquated system and support mulitple layers of staff to implement entirely new systems of accounting and online banking. She was exceptional at ensuring that everyone understood why things were needed. Her IT background was of the utmost help in the transitions. I'd recommend no other!
