My name is Ghada and I worked at the beaconsfield location in West Island Montreal, when I reported a staff member was abusing the elderly I was FIRED by Frances Ann Peters and Jenny Jurgitis, I will be doing everything in my power to protect the elderly. DONT WORK HERE!!

You have to be aware of accounting with them as well as everything else. The last thing they will care for is the well-being of your loved one! Don't believe when they tell you they'll solve your problem.

It's been almost a year since I inquired about their residence and they continue to drop me spammy voice mails. It's disturbing and upsetting. I've repeatedly asked them to stop. So instead of phoning me, 'Arlene' sends me direct voicemails with no phone number to block. It seems to be impossible to get through to an person by phone onsite. Contacting someone online required a long form and divulging more information. Happy at least that we didn't choose this corporate impersonal residence.Btw, one reason that we didn't choose them is because they advertise kitchenettes but don't allow appliances for independent residents because some there are some residents in other apartments (rooms) that are cognitively impaired...even though they have a separate section for the more severely cognitively impaired. I wonder how many other silly rules they have to limit the freedom and quality of life of residents.

The staff is well trained to work with the residents with dementia. They are very kind and patient. Great staff!!
