Dr. Kafka and his team are wonderful. Very patient and friendly even when dealing with and 84 year old man with hearing issues too. A shout out to Emilie for helping guide me through this process for my Dad, Marvin

I just want to say a big thank you to Dr. Kafka and the gal at the front desk for such great treatment towards my elderly mom. She went in for a denture alignment. Not only were they friendly and kind but very patient and thorough. The dr made sure the denture fit in my my mom’s mouth perfectly. He never made her feel rushed. She is very happy with her service.The gal at the front desk, wow! What she did was awesome!! Many thanks!!

My father got a new set of Dentures from this clinic. He went back several times because the lowers just did not fit. Kafka grabbed the dentures out of his hand and broke them in half. I could not believe the unprofessionalism of this man. My father is elderly and I cannot believe he treats seniors this way. I told my father to call the police! You are a terrible human being!

This is very upsetting and I usually do not give bad reviews but this goes beyond bad... This denturist's behavior needs to be addressed. My 79 year old father went there to explain that he could not wear the bottom dentures that this denturist had made, as they did not fit properly and they hurt and his gums would swell. So he explained that he wanted to have them fixed and then he would pay the balance. Mr. Kafka claimed he needed to pay the balance upfront before he fixed them. My father refused and this so called professional lost his cool and aggressively grabbed the dentures and broke them apart and threw them. How is that for standing by your product and work and treating a human being. Shame on you!!! You will not be in business long treating defenseless customers with such disdain. Breaks my heart that there are people out there like this that take advantage of seniors, especially now!
