Horrible customer service. I called and asked an alternative as there wasn’t the item on the menu. I placed my order waited over an hour and a half for my Uber order. Uber decides to cancel because they gave my food to somebody else. Been trying to call for over an hour, nobody answers their phone! Get a receptionist!

This is my go-to place for lunch. I always get their lunch combo or pepper shrimp fried rice. The ladies working at the front can be a bit feisty, but they are actually really nice. They’re always busy, so it can be a bit of a wait. It’s hard to get through to them on the phone, so you’ll have to try a couple of times. Overall, it’s good food that fills you up for a good price. If you’re looking for something fancy, this is not the place for you.

I just had my first bad experience! I ordered my usual, pepper shrimp with fried rice today and it made me sick. I've been vomiting for the past 4-5 hours. I don't know what's different today but fix it!

Read some fantastic reviews about this place and decided to try it out only to be disappointedWent here for our Sunday lunchWent to order the server said on table service so we waited and then she came and we ordered Chilli fish with fried rice and mix meat house lo meinThe lo mein and big pieces of grilled with skin chicken on top of it and was a big disappointmentThe fish too lacked the taste and was very disappointingThe food lacked the taste that we were looking forSpecially the lo mein was disappointingThe service was not very friendly or good tooWould not go there again

I have actually been to coconut breeze the most this year, almost every other week I have gone either to dine in or for take-out. This has to be one of my favourite spots to have West Indian food! I also go in for the lunch special and get more then enough food. I normally share the lunch special because it is a ALOT of food. In my pictures the dine in picture is the Chungs chicken (Comb F) and then the coconut. shrimp is in the to-go picture. This location has the best lunch special, if you haven't tried this place out, I 100% recommend going in for the lunch special trust me you will NOT be disappointed. That being said, I only like to go and deal with BIBI she is what really makes your experience and she's normally there wed-sun and then the other lady isn't the nicest but whatever the food makes up for it. Decent timing for service, I waited about 15 mins for my food to go after ordering in house, food is always fresh and hot and CONSISTENT! Another thing, this place has the BEST pepper sauce, It has flavour and spice I love it! My best friends family also caters there food for all their parties! I just went back here after a year, and the food is still just as delicious & BIBI is still there !

First time ordered for a family gathering.Order was ready to be picked up on time.Trays were packed and portions were quite adequate.Dishes ordered were very tasty.Will definitely order again for next function.Highly recommend

Ordered my food and on my way out I saw a dead baby cockroach on their COVID sign on the counter. I didn’t want to make a scene in their restaurant with other customers in there but I was sick to my stomach. I’m 100 percent aware that many restaurants have this issue but at least keep the place clean. Also, it’s evident they may have a slight infestation judging by other reviews about bugs being found in the food. The food went straight to the garbage and I hope they can get this fixed/cleaned up

I've been coming to this restaurant for many years. But since when is my change considered your tip without even asking me? Please be aware when paying cash for take out, your change will not be provided to you, instead while you wait the hostess (Bibi) will say thank you, thank you until you're embarrassed to even ask for what's rightfully yours. I'm sorry but your restaurant doesn't even provide a dine in experience where I can happily provide a tip for good customer service. Why on earth did your hostess think she could just take my change as an implied tip? A tip is something I as the customer chooses to give not something you take without my permission. Future patrons be aware, pay with exact change, food is good but customer service and the hostess attitude is one of entitlement and unethical behavior. I'm still amazed by her audacity.
