This is a very big store and very nice from the outside. But once you get inside the service was terrible. The staff was not attentive and did not say hello or didn't even care that we were in the store. The staff did come by and say excuse me as they wanted to walk beside me even though there was nobody else in the store. I guess I'll stick to the White Oaks location instead of coming here.

Very very very rude manager and staff. I love American eagle but I'll never go this branch again. I have to drive much longer to the other branch but it's worth it not to see their extremly rude manager anymore.

I have not shopped in AE in years, but on a whim I walked in to check out the disney collection and ended up walking out with 2 regular sweaters!! The staff were super friendly while maintaining covid measures.One of the leadership team (can't remember her name sadly) told me about the 40% sweater special running for rewards members only and showed me how the sweaters actually were oversized so plus size friendly. I was so excited that I could find things that fit and were so comfy! Was really impressed with the positive and helpful leader, thanks for totally making my day!

Customer service is amazing. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. Multiple people checked in to make sure I was doing alright and they are all so friendly.

What can I say, I buy all my jeans and boxers here... They're so comfortable and I never have any complaints about early ware like I got from other brands. Plus the stretch in the jeans is great. I love the American eagle style, you can look good while being comfortable

Cameron (I think?), is an absolute gem. I've had the pleasure of being helped by him a few times and it's an 12/10 experience. Honestly one of my favorite stores in the mall because he's just SO nice to interact with. Complimented my Pikachu purse, my embarassing email, made my whole day.Such a friendly store, always super helpful in finding sizes or styles. Always nicely organized. Quality clothes too that are well worth the price.
