Great studio, lots of natural light, perfect terrasse in the evenings and very frendly staff

Beautiful place but do not be fooled by its looks, owners use false advertisements to lure companies and people in to lease their place.They broke multpile rules made by the Régie du logement, such as, counting a deposit of 530$ as an Addition to their lease as well as leasing one of the studios and the terrasse as separate prices yet due to the structure of the building the terrasse is connected by the means of the studio to which L'ÉLOI could not resist to charge as a mandatory extra room(1000$+1000$).One of their means of publicity is with 'Entr.ca' , which when we pointed out these infractions to them, they immediately changed the prices and justified those actions as putting ''Up to date'' the prices even though our request was made prior to their ''update''.P.S: The ''security'' service they include in the price are basically your event-babysitters, they are there to make sure YOU behave accordingly and are not really to your service. Even if you bring your own Licensed security they will refused this. which is within their rights but let's call it by what it is, babysitting, not a service.These are sadly the type of dishonest people that we commonly find here in Montreal, which makes it all the more difficult for local brands and startups to build their image and plan their events and make good connections.We are disappointed.

My girlfriend applied for a job, they never answered BUT the owner tried to add her on facebook on the same day. And yes, she is pretty... What a creep
