Very large store on Granville that sells high quality furniture for home. Many of the products are displayed in the showroom. Staff were very friendly. The only drawback is that it’s very pricey.Designs With A California Point Of View. Colourful, Iconic & Unique Designs.

Outstanding service from Roland at RH. His consultation on the design of our home was fantastic. He went above and beyond to find a chandelier that was discontinued and there are many more stories on how Roland helped us build our dream house inside and outside!

I love this store as I love the company and their outlet store in Morgan Crossing. This company taught me what patience is (insert sarcasm) and acquiring the pieces that I really wanted became an exciting adventure and now every piece has its own story. In spite of minor challenges, customer service never disappointed. Again, this store is just a showroom so treat is as such.Yes, I would have, too, loved to have the small items (non furniture) ready for purchase. Maybe one day.

There moving service is horrible they left all the garbage outside the elevator because they were “running late” isn’t that ridicules. Let alone the furniture was a month late. This cause of action lead to a $200 fine by the apartment building. If you want the job half done by all means support the business.They really need the money they keep contacting us for a tip even when the job isn’t done when I heard that I dyed of laughter.

I bought a cloud couch 36 depth for seating

Spent over $3000 on new linens in colors of Fog and Sand that have discolored including pillow shams that do not get used (as they are only for decorative purposes). This has not happened to any other fabric in our home (so it is not something that we are wearing, doing or using). RH has refused to refund or return the linens so I am now forced to sue RH. The exact same thing happened to our RH towels. Junk at a very expensive price.

We could not be happier with the service and furniture we received from RH. While the process was not without hiccups and did require some patience, it exceeded our expectations in the end. I would like to give an extra shout out to Travis and Roz who completed impeccable design work and facilitated a full service interior design plan, delivery, layout, and assembly of our entire house of furniture. I cannot imagine what we would have done without them. The flat rate delivery fee is the best value in the marketplace and the white glove service provided is outstanding. Although the prices are in US dollars, as others have mentioned, and seem high the overall price for quality and style of furniture is reasonable compared to alternatives in the marketplace. I have gone back to this RH for follow-up items and have continued to receive good service.

We placed three orders with Karim for our new home, with all the furniture and decors. Karim is very professional and patient.When you purchasing all the pieces require so much details and on-going pieces. Karim spend total around 25 hours for us and even when we are not sure about the Elevator' dimensions, Karim stopped by and measured it for us.The store consultant is not a easy job, but Karim doing everything so well and helped us reduce the pressure during all the process.The only thing I'm not quite happy is the delivery system. The delivery system is not working so well especially during pandemic. They delivery everything separately which require you so much time always need to stay at home when you need it. It actually so much pain when you have a full time job. We have totally 38 pieces, and RH delivered more than 12 times in order to fully delivery everything to you(not include the FedEx Boxes).But in generally, RH is still one of my fav furniture brand in Vancouver if you love their style. Please learn from our mistake! Don’t waste your $12000 on a leather ‘cloud’ sofa. What we tried in store is not the same as we now have. It is the most uncomfortable couch we have ever had and we are so disappointed. The seat part is thin with no proper support. In addition the leather marks so easily. By comparison our natuzzi arm chairs just keep getting more comfortable with age. Ouch.
