Truly amazing people and company! Couldn’t recommend them enough. We dropped off our dog to get a trim and wash while traveling around the continent; our dog had been in the woods for two weeks and we didn’t realize how matted her hair was. They called and let us know about the situation and that it was going to take more time- they didn’t tell us to pick up our dog and go elsewhere. They had a packed day but still helped us above and beyond. They explained how to care better for her coat following the groom and with what tools. She looks like a new dog. Thank you again so much! Chetal always takes great care of my big boy, Sirius. He's a handful and she always does a great job when he visits her. She truly cares about her furry clients and will tell you if she has any recommendations on how you can improve your pet's care at home, including home grooming advice and grooming schedule. Best groomer in town! Been taking my dog here for a few months and she loves getting groomed, they do an amazing job! Chetal and her staff are very patient and takes great care of each and every dog that comes in. They treat all the dogs as if it’s their own. Super loving and friendly people! Definitely recommend.

Our dog had a spinal stroke about 7 years ago. We took her here for swimming therapy for about 6. The swimming really helped her recover and regain the ability to walk. It also kept her fit.Indy who runs the swimming is really dedicated and careful with the dogs. He was very careful to ramp up her exercise level and paid attention to her when she had an off day. He also took care to dry her and her ears out to avoid issues in the winter and ear infections.I am very happy with the service levels and wish we could have taken them to our new location!

First time having a dog that needs regular grooming. Brought my 8 month old aussiedoodle in for a trim. It was the best experience since going in I was a little nervous . My little Teddy is deaf and I'm a little over protective. At the end he was very happy and looked amazing.Will definitely be back and recommend their services

Would have given zero stars if it was in the option….Worst grooming centre for pets. The lady there is so rude and make fake promise for on time. She will give you appointment for the morning and will take hours to do the grooming thing. Will make you wait and wait.Please have some respect towards your customers at least… I have read others reviews as well.They way you replied back to them… shows how much etiquettes you have and what value you give to the customers.. just forget about the pets..

Chetal and her team always takes excellent care of my Pomeranian Peach. She always tells us the condition of her coat and her prices are very fair for how much work they do. Peach always comes home looking and smelling great! Thanks Bitu's!

THE BEST - best groomers I've ever taken my two dogs to. My dogs are 14 years old & elderly. They require a bit of extra care, which they always receive. Both dogs are always finished looking splendid and absolutely adorable. One of my dogs is very nervous. The extra care and attention Oreo" receives is very much appreciated. Quality service around!"

I regularly take my dog, Saga, a shitzu to Bitu's pet grooming and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone there is kind and thoroughly professional, taking great care of Saga throughout the grooming process. They listened to my preferences ( as saga was getting anxious with the old groomers)and made sure that Saga was well taken care of. My journey have started with my fur daughter five years ago and it's been past four years I have been taking my daughter to Bitu Pet services and honestly my daughter gets more excited than anyone to visit her grooming and swimming center.Why?Because she knows she is going in very loving and caring hands which are full of passion and dedication.Owner of this place never treat their clients as costumers but they treat them as their own family. They go above and beyond to help and educate any parent of the fur babies to take care of them in an excellent way.It's been four years I'm taking my daughter for her swimming.
