Their response time was excellent. They offered me two solutions; one was cheaper but would take a month for the part to come in. The other was more expensive (brand name part) but they could have it fixed in a couple days. I chose the faster option.Mike fixed my issue very quickly and the labour rate was very reasonable. He also fixed an issue the computer came with that four warranty “repairs” couldn’t, and again for a reasonable rate. He didn’t even have to wipe my computer which the manufacturer did each time.I am very satisfied with the work done, the rates, and the friendliness of every staff member there.

I took my laptop in to be looked at. I feared it was toast but hoped I could at least retrieve my data. Not only was my data saved but the laptop was repaired and ready to use again. Staff were very helpful and explained everything well to me. Well done!

When you drop off your computer, he gives you a set price for your repair. When you pick it up over a month later, the price is three times higher. And the work he said he was going to do at the start is not done.
