I was alone for my appointment and I’ll never forget how comforting the nurse was. After the appointment I wasn’t feeling so good and she got me drinks and snacks and stayed late to make sure I was ok to drive. (Even offered to call a cab if I needed)

Rude reception staffs.

So, Onyx for nighttime is fantastic.This one for daytime, especially for female health is a disgrace.

1. Opens at 11:30 AM and not 11:00 AM as mentioned on their web page.2. Had great issues getting appointment.3..working on detailed feedback for the right places so that future patients don't get into similar issues/frustration.

First of all, I'd like to point out that I'm a big fan of their sister clinic, Onyx. That said, I was impressed by the contrast of the service provided by both clinics.I don't know if it's due covid, but it's pretty much impossible to get a hold of them via phone to book an appointment. My partner called them multiple times, never got a response, and nobody ever called back as promised on the automatic message. I was only able to book an appointment by attending Onyx (which is open at evenings).Next, due covid it's their policy to only allow the patient in the waiting area, which is fine. This morning, since I was very distressed after arriving at the clinic my partner started to tell me where he would wait for me, when the nurse YELLED, ADDRESSING ME to tell him to leave the clinic.That got me even more distressed, and the worst was that after the exams, the doctor just dismissed my pain and my request for other exams that could help to identify what's wrong, saying to just return in 3-4 months to monitor the situation (who cares if you're in pain, right?).I'd understand this treatment if I just had went to an urgency clinic that isn't specialized and have a full waiting room, but not from them. I don't intend to ever use their services again.

This place is amazing and very amazing staff.yhe doctor is very thorough.
