A worst Apple experience at dix30 Apple Store, I was terrified by Jade, after hours waiting with frustrating, a woman name “Jade ”suddenly talked to me but was arrogant, rude ,without commitment to the well-being of its customers , she also said that she is the highest manager in that store…..I went to another store in downtown and was served with excellent by the true Apple professional.

Worst experience ever!I had airpods that were under recall since it had static and cracking noise coming in on one of the headphones. It was clearly mentioned on the website that it needs to be replaced by Apple for free. One associate and his supervisor did everything in their power to prove that it is not covered under warranty. At last they came to the conclusion that I missed the warranty by 13 days and they refused to honour the discount. What kind of store would just refused to fix something if it only exceeded 13 days. I had issues in the past and apple downtown store has always been more supportive in these matters. Never never go to this Apple store for any kind of repairs. They will just try to take out money from you for things that are under warranty and they will try to find loop holes here and there. Zero customer satisfaction and zero helpfulness

Poor experience and worst customer service of my life in Canada!Vanessa is such an unprofessional manager. Instead of giving me a solution for my son's brand new iPad to study for his current exams, she kicked us out from the store saying that it was 5 pm and they all need to leave even if we were there we'll before 5 pm!She didn't even accept to escalate the case or to fill a complaint. She said that I had to manage that by myself with 1888myapple!It is important to note that I had such a horrible service even if I had my multiple Apple products on the table : iPad, iPhone, Airpods and Apple watch...That's so disappointing and frustrating to be treated like that by supposedly a big brand...

We were a little frustrated with the store although I believe it is policy and not the staff. The staff were great in trying to get us the help we needed without an appointment.We phoned ahead and explained our issue and a “staff” member advised us they had what we needed in stock and to come for the exchange. We did not have an appointment and stated we would be a “walk in” and they would fit us in.When we arrived we found out this was not the case as they were busy however the staff member was good and fit us in “as a favor” and a “one off”. We then found out that they did not have what we needed in stock and were advised the person on the phone never should have given stock info out as it changes daily…….hourly??They are doing the best they can but ensure you get names if you call and make an appointment if you require help

I recently had a negative experience with Apple's customer service related to a 2016 MacBook Pro repair issue. My laptop had a factory defect covered under the Display Backlight Service Program, but when I brought it to the store, they promised to call me when the part was available and took my information. Weeks passed, and I found out in my junk email that the program was discontinued and my laptop was considered vintage, which meant I was no longer covered under the warranty. I had to pay out of pocket to get the repair done. Although the deadline passed due to a miscommunication from the store, I felt that I was treated unfairly and did not receive the service I expected from a company like Apple.

Worst experience ever at an Apple Store. I took the computer in at the Genius Bar for a coffee spill. I was told to wait a technician will come to see me. The technician never came, the person that told me to wait also told me that I have to agree to buy a logic board before even opening the computer. Why would I buy something if I don't even know that's the problem. They refused to open the computer to see what areas of the computer were affected by the coffee spill. This is unacceptable. I don't recommend this store for service.

I just called to this location and the representative was so rude like I am calling to get a phone of 2000$ okay it isn’t available at the store why he doesn’t offer me to place or let me know when it will be back in stock but for him to treat me like that. If I am bothering him he should quit. I worked at customer service so I know how it is to deal with customers I wasn’t disrespectful I was understanding him and he should have some respect when talking to anyone. Now I just have such a bad experience that I think I will prefer to go get any other phone than to get that iPhone
