Amazing team. We had a pipe burst Christmas eve... flooded my house. Chad came out promptly and got our pipes fixed. Friendly, and on time.. he was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

What more can I say. Had a roof leak during the bitter cold of winter into my master bedroom. While freaking out about the issue I needed a life line. Who else would I call Only Plumbs Up of course. Well Keith came within the hour as he knew my marriage was on the line. A leaky master bedroom is sure to make an unhappy wife and a turbulent marriage. The mess and water into my bedroom was epic and horrible. It was a roof leak from a vent pipe in my home. Plumbs up sent Keith who was smiling and very positive uponArrival he assured me things would be ok and even offered to help me clean up the massive mess. Which I have never seen nor heard from any tradesman in my life. Well Keith kept his word and picked up my center vac and helped me clean as promised. That’s right Plumbs ups Technician Keith put his next call and his earnings on hold to help his current client me to clean up what was a mess like no other for those that know how messy a wet attic insulation is. These guys are not a plumbing company to me they are family. They don’t overcharge they don’t take advantage of clients and they care about your home. Like the owner is a Miracle worker. Hires great technicians that are family friendly and Covid safe. I have no words but thank you for the quick Emegency repair and clean up. Great job guys. I’m a customer for life : )

Over $600 to snake a kitchen drain. Though the plumber dispatched was friendly, I will not use Plumb Up again.

We had a plumbing problem that needed to be handled quite quickly and they had an expert over to us within a few hours. Ryan was friendly and professional and explained every step of the way. He made sure we were aware of our options and the pros and cons of each. We would happily recommend!

I called early in the day as our drain was clogged. Amanda set us up with an appointment and kept us informed as Ryan's schedule was adjusted to help us out. We received a picture of him so that we would know who we were dealing with. Ryan was great - worked non-stop to find the source the the stoppage and resolve the problem. He cleaned up before leaving, I had copies of the invoice and video's before he left. thank you Ryan - I know it was a long day for you but you did a great job.

Tyler arrived promptly to hook up our washer and dryer and followed all covid proticol. As always top notch professional service. Area was left tidy after installation complete. I highly recommend Plumbs Up for all your service needs

Plumbs Up was excellent! They sent a very knowledgeable and experienced Plumber out to help us determine what we actually needed to re-run our bathroom water pipes, during our reno! David explained all of our options in a comprehensive way and advised about other potential work we might need or consider doing in the future. David provided us with quotes and in 3 days he was scheduled to return and complete the work. David was professional and he took the time to fully understand our needs, fantastic installation and we hope to work with him again soon!
