Called and same day service gave me a piece of mind with a blocked main sewer drain not being able to drain any water, I.e. flush toilets, shower, etc. JESSE was very professional and courteous. His colleague BRAD was also helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Red Alert Sewer & Drain to manage your blocked drain. Had some water leaking up from a drain in the basement. Called Red Alert and spoke with Matt and he was able to send someone within about an hour. Jessie was the plumber that came out and he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue we were having. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling them again if we have any plumbing issues in the future!

Affordable, fast and thorough! We have had reoccurring drain back ups, but couldn't find the main drain out of the house. 4 different people have tried and eventually gave up. Red alert came and stuck with it until they found the drain (under a carpet). Was more affordable than others who didn't even solve the problem!
