Car was very clean and in great shape, picking up/returning was quick and easy. I'd definitely use this location again.

This is the first time we have gone to enterprise. I can not say enough good things about this business. The service they offer stands far above most others. Friendly, competent, great price, honest and I could go on. They even gave us a call to make sure we were safe traveling in such cold weather. If you are needing to rent a car, I very highly recommend, as you won't be disappointed. I am blown away. This is a business others could learn alot about customer service from. Thank you enterprise. It doesn't get any better.

Enterprise was great to deal with! Haven’t rented a vehicle in years and they made the process comfortable and easy!We requested a six passenger vehicle and they easily accommodated. When there was a little hiccup with our van being ready at the requested time, they jumped into to action to make things right, offering us a brand new six passenger truck at the same time and cost as the van! The truck was clean, filled with gas and ready to go! We loved it!We unfortunately ran over a nail on our road trip causing us to get a flat tire, thankfully the truck was equipped with a spare tire, jack and tools needed for the change!Upon returning the truck, Dixon and Amrit were wonderful to deal with! They were very understanding and the whole experience was top notch from start to finish! Highly recommend if you need a rental!

Terrible Car Rental Experience: Closed on Sundays and No Overnight Return OptionI recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Enterprise. Their policies regarding Sunday closures and the lack of an overnight return option left me highly dissatisfied. Here are the details of my disappointing encounter:Firstly, the fact that the car rental company is closed on Sundays is completely inconvenient and outdated. In this day and age, when many people have flexible schedules and travel plans that may include weekends, it is simply unacceptable for a car rental business not to operate on Sundays. It severely limited my options and inconvenienced me greatly.Furthermore, their refusal to accommodate overnight returns was another major drawback. Life is unpredictable, and situations may arise where returning a rental car on the same day becomes inconvenient or even impossible. Most reputable car rental companies understand this and offer the option to return the vehicle the next morning. However, Enterprise rigidly sticks to their outdated policies, causing unnecessary inconvenience and stress.The lack of flexibility in their operational hours not only inconvenienced me but also limited my ability to make the most of my rental. I had to cut short my plans and rush to return the car before their closing time, which significantly impacted my overall experience.Additionally, the customer service representatives I interacted with were unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation. They showed no willingness to consider alternative arrangements or find a solution that could accommodate my needs. Their lack of professionalism and customer-oriented approach was truly disappointing.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against renting a car from Enterprise. Their closure on Sundays and refusal to offer overnight returns exhibit a lack of consideration for customers' needs and the modern demands of the industry. I recommend choosing a more customer-centric car rental company that understands the importance of flexibility and convenience for their clients.

I had a booking through ICBC and i drove the vehicle for approximately 60-70 kms and i had a deduction of $27. I tried calling them a lot of times for more than 5 days and no response from them. I went to the enterprise and asked for the deduction and they said it’s fuel charges and there was a difference of 16 litres. Am amazed how? I still have pictures of dashboard with half fuel tank, when they assign me the car, and how a sedan can consume $27 of fuel for 60-70 kms even for $100 kms. They overcharged me.

We rented a car last week for a business trip. Overall experience was better compering to what I got from other rental companies. The only thing I just did not like was that we reserved a full sedan and first they tried to push us to as SUV with 15$ more a day and then after I refused they offered the same SUV without an upcharge!! This is not right! It is much better if you can honestly let people know what the main problem is and let them decide.

The rental and return process was very easy and the customer service was outstanding and the vehicle I was provided with was a beautiful new and super clean Mitsubishi that was a real treat for me to drive. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again, if need be :)

Received the worst treatment of my life at this Enterprise branch, ultimately was left standing out in the cold at -37 to wait for another ride when the employee refused to find out why their machine wouldn't read my card. I'd recommend walking wherever you have to go instead of ever visiting this Enterprise. I'd give zero stars if that was an option; another woman was in tears in the branch at the same time I was there, and I also witnessed two other problematic credit card transactions that employees refused to investigate or remediate. This Enterprise seems very very happy to take your money, just not so interested in providing service, customer or otherwise. Hertz, Budget, Driving Force are worth a few extra dollars if only to save yourself frustration, humiliation, and belittlement. My experience reserving a vehicle through Driving Force on my phone in the Enterprise parking lot at -37C was approximately 100× more enjoyable than the hour I wasted inside the branch attempting to deal with Enterprise employees. Best wishes to everyone else who almost missed their Christmas plans because Enterprise couldn't be bothered to do more than the absolute bare minimum.
