Cupboards Express South

NEVER EVER purchase from Cupboards Express. I purchased over $17,000 of kitchen cupboards. the last item I had to pick up even though I purchased an installation package. The fake drawer cover would not stay on. I called Cupboards Express and they sent me a latch of the same type and the cover still falls off. The cupboards look good but the job was not complete and a problem never fixed.WDB

I used Cupboards Express to replace all of my kitchen cabinet and drawer fronts about 18 months ago. The initial experience was good, and the doors and fronts were made exactly to the measurements provided and they looked great. However, after about eight months we began to have some paint issues that we raised with Cupboards Express. They refused to fix the issues and gave us some ludicrous excuses so I had to pay to get them to repaint the affected doors. Since this first round of issues we have had similar problems with the other doors and paint chipping. I would not recommend Cupboards Express to anyone given that they do NOT stand behind their workmanship (specifically the finish of the product).

Where to being….from my first initial contact with Cabinets Express at the South side location, I was greeted professionally and politely by Singh Dhami. Even with the COVID causing havoc on the industry, they were there to service customers, taking all precautionary measures needed to keep everyone safe. It was a smooth transition from the start, from configuring the layout of the kitchen to the final product being installed. This was our first time designing our own kitchen and layout, so it was a little nerving that things would not fit. But through the entire process, no question went unanswered and Singh was always there to help assist. We took in our measurements of the floor for the kitchen area and appliances and the kitchen was laid out for us for visual in no time. Everything fit like a glove. There was no pressure sales tactics or pushing products that you did not want. The timeline for delivery was bang on, no delays or interruptions, if you can imagine that. Everything came through as promised. The quality of the products we chose are top notch and functional and the price fit within our budget; our kitchen looks amazing and we are constantly getting comments.If you want friendly courteous service, great product and price, check out Cupboards Express. You won’t be disappointed. I would used them again and would highly recommend anyone to seek out their assistance if looking to do any renovation or new install involving cabinetry.

From the moment I walked into the south Edmonton Cupboards Express, I felt that I was dealing with a respectable establishment. I was met by James Martin, who took the time to show me the various products and different options available. I had specific requirements for my project and James patiently explained the possibilities, and was able to accommodate these requests. After placing the order, the cabinets were delivered on the promised date by an affable crew. Upon unwrapping the cabinets, we found one door that was damaged. When James was informed, he did not hesitate to make it right. After the cabinets were installed, the quartz countertops were measured and installed on the stipulated date. When the renovation was complete, the kitchen more than met our expectations. Overall, I would say that both the product and the people at Cupboards Express are solid.

Had a great experience working with James on designing first our Kitchen and then less then a year later designing our laundry room and vanities for our bathrooms. Installation team were polite, professional and easy to work with on times of the day for them to work. Highly recommend Cupboards Express.

All the staff at Cupboards express north were exceptional. From Jennifer, who is very knowledgeable and worked very patiently with us to design our kitchen to the installers John, Tim and Tyler who were courteous, tidy and professional. Our kitchen being in a smaller space in an older home was very challenging, but everyone rose to the challenge to provide us with a very functional and oh yes lovely kitchen. As well, since the cupboards were so cost effective we decided to do the bathroom as well, what a good choice. We appreciate the value and the delivery time that is provided by Cupboards Express. The manager was extremely helpful, patient and informative. At no time did my husband and I feel pressure to place an order. We decided to order with Cupboards Express because of the quality, price and the fact that the product is Alberta made. Two weeks for cabinet production and the install was quick and efficient. I am so happy with the design, quality of material and the looks of my renovated kitchen! We definitely recommend Cupboards Express.

Overall great experience from beginning to final install.We came to Cupboards Express after unsatisfactory experience with sales at another company. James was absolutely awesome and we had a quote in less than a week and that was only because we had third part components such as an appliance lift. Everything was bang on, from our toe kick drawers to all lower pullouts. On site measurement was within a couple days, cabinets were delivered within a month, Tyler and Jordan were on time and got the install done in a day. A couple of hiccups, with a few missing items, but Kristen sent Steve out and everything was addressed to our satisfaction. Ordered quartz through them, which is beautiful. Note the quartz was half the price of two other bids we had. We saved 35-40% using Cupboards Express and completely satisfied.Thank you to the entire team.

We had a wonderful experience with cupboards express! James's was attentive to every detail and our kitchen turned out fantastic! The product is very well made and everything was a precision fit.
