Old Navy

Always a great store. I had a very helpful associate today, didn't catch her name, she had a cool tattoo on her forearm and blonde hair. Awesome!

Pleasantly surprised to find good fitting clothes and some really good deals. Even found some awesome work shirts. I will be back to raid Old Navy again. The staff were really great and positive too.

i buy short in your store today and i get the item for 26 dollars i thought that was 17 dollars cause i took that short for 17 dollars not in 40 percent. i feel so bad

Okay… my mom and I just came from Old Navy in Red Deer, and we were in there way longer than we shoulda been (filling our cart way too full). The three employees in there were so sweet, and were willing to go through all the stops to make sure that everything was right when it came to our owing amount. As a kid that grew up in Old Navy clothing, it’s nice to see that they have maintained such wonderful staff.Cheers to the sweetest; Sylvia, Courtney, and Piper!

I made an online old navy purchase and was sent the wrong items. I had already talked to customer service over the phone, which was a long frustrating conversation. However, when I went to the red deer location to finish sorting it out, the manager, Kaylee? was extremely helpful and restored my faith in old navy. Excellent service!

Everytime I come in I am greeted right away and asked if I need any help. I was looking a for specific leggings to workout in and the whole staff were hands on deck to find them as there was only one left in store somewhere. I really appreciated the welcoming environment created by the staff as we walked around looking for the item. They engaged me in conversation and made me feel comfortable. In the end we were able to find the leggings and a matching sports bra. Great time visiting the store.

Got some really awesome deals today and Ashlyn was so helpful!! She didn’t rush me at all at checkout which I really appreciate and made sure I got all my discounts. She was very friendly! Patience, kindness and good deals at checkout is honestly what makes a whole shopping experience! Thanks Ashlyn :)

I was at your Red Deer location at around 2.30-2.40pm this Sunday. I picked a few items to try on and a younger worker let me in the change room. I was not asked about my name or how many items I had, I was just let into the change-room. After I tried my items without any interruptions, I went to pray while I was still in there. During prayer I heard a knock but as it is impermissible for me to interrupt my prayer I carried on. (Prayer did not take more than 5 minutes). Right as I finished my prayer I hear my change-room door unlock. The sales associate informed me that “you have to answer when we knock the door because we don’t know if anyone is there.” I stated that “I was praying and that I cannot talk during prayer.” I received nothing but a blank look and no apology was given to me. If the staff was more attentive when they had first let me into the change room all of this would have been prevented. I have never felt more disrespected at a store before. My privacy was invaded, and I could have been undressed or uncovered without my hijab and anyone by the change rooms could have seen me. I hope no other customer gets to experience such customer service by any of your other employees. I hope action is taken to assure that this never happens again.

Store itself is nice and bright, and it's set up in a way that isn't overcrowded which makes it easy to shop even when it's a bit busy. Clearance/sale section is a bit messy. I love that they have a ton of changerooms! I wish they would put all of the shoes/sandals in one area instead of having to search through the entire store for each small display.
