Gave them a Xbox One to fix. They sat on it for months doing nothing. I had the screws out already so I figured they did absolutely nothing except charge me for it when I finally demanded it back and they said they couldn't fix it. Except when I got it home and notice the cover wasn't back on it. I went to move it and the Microsoft chip fell out! Chip had nothing to do with the repair I was asking for. I don't know if they dropped it or what they did but they didn't try to fix it and charged me a fortune for nothing after 6 months to which I had to demand it back!
