Fortinos Woodbridge Highway 27

Fortinos is a great place to go for lunch - to sit inside and eat or take out from their Pane Fresco. The pizzas, soup and roast chicken are always fresh. I love anything they make with dough! They have awesome breads, with so many options; they have the best donuts and scones. I go weekday lunchtime and it's never overcrowded, not too much congestion in the parking lot either, for the most part.

Super disappointed with the bakery- called for a specific cake in mind and the lady over the phone told me to call back because they may get a shipment today, I called back and she confirms they received the shipment and ordered it for the next day. I go in to pick up and turns out they sold my cake and replaced it with a different cake without confirming.

Walking in for the first time which I did a few years ago can be really overwhelming if you didn't know what to expect.A few years ago I had a half hour for lunch & ended up here. I was too overloaded with choices and ended up having a salad from the refrigerator section.Went back last weekend and really took my time to walk around their food district and it was amazing. Everything looked so delicious and made fresh daily.Ended up picking up some wings, some bakes goods and pizza and the wings were awesome. Pizza was tasty and not greasy and the baked goods were fabulous.Definitely going back for more wings. I tried one of each flaour and they were all good.Friendly and efficient service and the gentleman at the fining area who cleaned the tables spotless each and everytime. He was very pleasant and friendly.It's close to work so I will have to do a third visit for sure.In terms of the quality of produce, it's top notch for sure. My company supplies produce for Fortinos so you are paying for quality. It's a bit pricey but what isn't these days?Cost of living is high all over the map.Overall the atmosphere was positive, the washrooms were clean (the sanitary disposal bin was extremely full in the stall I was in and needed emptying). But aside from that the store itself was clean and well maintained. *The one less star was due to the overfill on the sanitary disposal bin. These should be monitored and the company called to clean them regularly.Staff were constantly seen cleaning their food stations which was a plus.

Great selections of pastries, cakes, fresh baked breads, very clean and well stocked store. They also have great selections of cooked food as well. Great selections of cooked soups, sandwiches, whole chicken, variety of cold salads. Huge selections of fresh baked items. Must check out there bulk shop.

Usually, I can find what I need, and the service is great. But at this particular location, I've had a bad experience twice now. In the bakery section, when I've asked to slice a particular bread, they refused to do so. I don't have this issue at any other Fortinos locations. (Maple, or hwy 7) Also, the way the staff refuses the request is quite disappointing. Instead of being polite, the staff gave attitude and was rude.

I wasn't impressed last Monday, normally my experience at this location is pretty good, but this visit I was truly appalled by the young ladies service with a customer, it was so bad the customer was almost in tears and didn't even continue to receive their deli meats. There were no management around where the witnesses can file a complete. I had no idea your young staff that day could be so cruel to the customers that purchase their groceries from this location. Myself and others where so upset. So bad a lady had to consoled the lady, and then find out that this isn't the first time. The young ladies acted like they where untouchable and was disrespectful. I am not sure if I would go back to deli.

Love the pizza here, as all Fortinos locations. However, on two occassions I have taken a slice to go after shopping and although I asked for it to be warmed up - it is cold in certain sections. I don't know if its the oven or the employee but its super frustrating and it makes me regret the purchase.

So much types of food inside like chicken, sandwiches, pizza, and soup. They also had desserts and coffee all of which are fresh. The staff were very courteous and friendly!A dining area can be found inside.The grocery is labelled and laid out very well. Overall a cool experience.
