Natural Sole Wellness Centre

This is my go to clinic now for treatments. It’s new, clean and professional. I’ve had a regular facial and a hydrafacial here and they were both wonderful and so relaxing. I also had a medical pedicure with Sarab the nurse and she was great. I felt a lot more comfortable getting a pedicure here during my pregnancy because I know it will be done right and with sterile tools. I’ll be back for sure !

They have a wide selection of custom orthotic shoes to meet your needs. I highly recommend this place. I promise you won’t be disappointed !!They take the time and personalize every aspect and pay attention to every detail and you’re left with complete blown away satisfaction !! Their website is quite spectacular also !

Had a wonderful experience at Natural Sole. It is clean, warm and inviting. I enjoyed the most relaxing facial treatment. Sarah is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend. Already looking forward to my next treatment!

I’ve had great services for my feet. The slippers and shoes are very comfortable and great quality! Thank you for the great foot care from the nurse. I have a hard time trimming my thick toenails and the Nurse was very helpful. Better than a nail salon! Everything was clean and safe!

Violet my foot nurse did an amazing job.I had an ingrown toe nails in both my big toes ,and she was so kind and sweet ,and her took a time to removed all the pain I hadAlso, she removed my callousesI never had a nurse who showed so much professionalism.II recommend that you go visit the clinic,and ask for her you will feel the same way I did heavenly.I was finally able to walk without pain.

Natural Sole Wellness is the best Clinic ever in Ottawa! I had an amazing HydroFacial for my arms, and a great neck massage from Franz! The Nurse also looked after my feet and helped me with my ingrown toenails and painful corns on my feet! The team was very welcoming, warm and professional! Thank you so much! I’ll be back!

Evelyn Huer is the best acupuncturist I have ever been treated by. Her treatments are specificly tailored to my pain areas. She also liaises with other technicians both at the Natural Sole Wellness Centre and the Liquid Gym therapy centre to ensure that these treatments work well for her patients. I highly recommend her.

It is my favourite place for my feet treatments. I run a lot and my feet need to be very well taken care of. I tried other places but came back to Natural Sole even if it's an hour drive for me.

I’m very happy to have discovered Natural Sole Wellness Centre. I have experienced many of their services and can say that their whole team is very professional and Knowledgeable. I’ve had a few facials there, including a hydrofacial that was absolutely amazing! The foot care I received from the Nurse, Sarab, was great. She was able to help me with a stubborn ingrown toenail I had been dealing with for years.Following an injury, I also received massages from Franz which helped with my recovery. Overall, I’ve had many great experiences at Natural Sole and would highly recommend their services!

I've been trying out a few of the services available here at Natural Solé and find the staff to be knowledgeable, efficient, kind and always ready to answer my many, many, questions. The care I've been receiving at Natural Solé has been nothing less than invaluable to me, and the health benefits priceless.Franz (the registered massage therapist) listened closely to my health complaints, asking pointed questions and explaining the kind of massage he felt would be most beneficial for me. I began to see him every two weeks, and am noticing many positive results:- gradual reduction in daily pain and accumulated discomfort,- improved emotional, spiritual, and mental health- release of internal post surgery adhesions,- relief from pain due to digestive issues, knee pain, and hip pain- deminishing longterm mobility issues- return to enjoyable, healthy, habits,- new belief that adventures, and unique experiences are still possibleI'm starting a new chapter in my life and starting to realize it could be even better than last one...due in part to having Natural Solé on speed dial.
