Friendly staff, they were very helpful and it took no time at all to find my next pair of work boots. This is my 4th pair from here and will continue coming back. I have found their prices to be reasonable, and the quality of boots and shoes that I've purchased have been great when put through the ringer at work.

The London location store is terrible. This is the second time my husband & I have been there, ans the staff are not friendly, and on top of that, they're not helpful at all. I would not recommend this store.

I came in looking for appropriate work boots required for my school program with no prior knowledge. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, I love the boots I was recommended. I mentioned I required them for a program at Fanshawe without knowing they offered a discount. The informed me of the discount which made my experience that much better. I definitely recommend this location and the staff.

I came in from Hamilton and this sales associate Kevin said I should just work at Taco Bell under his breath while he was helping me. I can't believe how rude he was. Just because I am hispanic, it doesn't mean that should be my place of employment. Please address this! I will be shopping elsewhere.

The staff is friendly and helpful giving me their expert opinions on what boots would work best for the job and business I am in. The woman who works during the week is amazing friendly, smart and super helpful not to mention a great personality. I would recommend this store to anyone who's in construction labor. Or anyone who needs great boots for work or leisure. Great job keep up the good work.

Being a big guy it's hard to find hi vis clothes that fit , Work Authority had the sizes I needed and with Sunday hours , it was easy for me to get the clothes I needed

Awesome experience !! i was very picky and had to try a lot of different shoes to get the right pair for me and they were completely accommodating !! very friendly Staff were very helpful :)
