I ordered and paid for 3 protein fajitas and didn't get shrimp. Having eaten there dozens of times, I expected some kind of credit or redress. Instead, the guy hung up the phone on me. When I called back he wouldn't talk to me. I expected better service for an excellent customer.Instead I got ingratitude. I formally placed a complaint to the better business bureau. I also spoke to someone who claimed he was the owner and he promised to fire the employee who hung up the phone on me. These are new times Post COVID when money is easy and good service is rare. I pray for Karma.

Really good food, cute atmosphere with big booths but the wait staff got stuck on their phones or taking to eachother and forget to check on the tables. Salsa is soooo good

Very good experience here today.The place is clean and well ordered.Service was great. The timing was perfect.Chips were good and the salsa was great.The Mrs had a taco salad and said it was very good.I had the beef burrito lunch special. The burrito, beans and rice all tasted great.We had a very good meal here, just as we hoped.Recommend that you stop in.

In town to teach and my buddy invited me to eat dinner with him. The service was top notch, the food was amazing, and the margaritas were very good! I would totally recommend stopping in if you find yourself in the neighborhood.

I love eating inside and doing take out on busy nights. The staff is very friendly! The food is always warm and delicious

This is the first time in Aberdeen SD. I was craving some authentic Mexican food from my home state California. It was a 10+ the salsa was spot on. We had everything from Nachos to chili Relleno’s, cold beer and Queso!!! Etc. The service was great and the restaurant was clean.

This is the 1st somewhat negative review for Mazatlan. A ground beef taco salad. Not much flavor to the meat and the shell of the salad was sitting in a lake of liquid, which made the bottom and side soggy. Sorry Mazatlan. Not my favorite meal.
