Best Tim around. All others (Beloeil/St-Hilaire) are all a joke and have very little items available. This Tim has what you want, even later at night. They prepare well the doghnuts and prepare fresh food.

Today I felt a lot of tension at the Tim Hortons. I felt bad for the clients and the workers and I badly wanted to say something but it may have made things worse. The workers misunderstood an order, the driver waited 4 minutes. The boss I am assuming, yelled I usually work weekdays, asked to clarify the order to the driver and asked what do you want I made so and so. She then proceeded to preparing the food and continued yelling at her employees. I hope she was having a bad day and does not do this ever again... It makes the customers and employers uncomfortable. She should talk to them privately afterwards. People make mistakes and they learn from it. She also called them kids instead of by their names.

Service was very slow at the drive thru. It took 15 minutes. And there were only two cars ahead of us.

Something is wrong when you have 10 cars waiting, 3 clients inside with despair on their face and 1employee leaning on the counter and a 2nd literary looking around....help out!

Extremely slow. Horrible management by staff. Orders filled out wrong. Over 12 people waiting at 1:30pm in the afternoon for coffee. Train your employees better!!!

So spacious and clean, and the service was quite friendly and courteous. My boys were blown away by the freshness of the donuts, no other Tim's can compare.

Went out of my way to stop here so that I could get a coffee and use the bathroom. Imagine my surprise to find they're the only Time I've seen all year to be completely closed with only the drive through open. One star for wasting my time.
