Alpine Foot & Ankle Clinic

I'm from Edmonton, the specialist I was seeing here referred me Alpine in Calgary where I met Dr. Perry. I had only one visit here and it's been great. They had a portable x-ray machine which is neat. Also Chnar has been super helpful and very responsive when I've needed to get any forms or had any questions/concerns whatsoever. Overall I feel I'm in great hands here!

Dr. Zaidi has been wonderful for addressing my podiatry needs. She has been very friendly, knowledgeable and driven to ensure I am satisfied with my treatment. I also appreciate the availability of appointments. Very pleased and would recommend.Edited to add: the front desk staff have also been pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Perry is great and the receptionists are always very accommodating if you need to reschedule. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Waste of time and money. Receptionist was extremely rude, not only to patients in office but to people over the phone. Staff were arguing in front of us, it was extremely unprofessional. Doctor was just okay. Didn’t seem very interested in helping. We will definitely be going someplace else for a second opinion.

When I first got there, the staff was really pleasant and welcoming. I finished the initial form, and was taken back to see the Dr. right on my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Lalani was friendly and alleviated my anxiety by taking the time to fully examine my ankle and knee and patiently answered my many questions. He also did a procedure on my toenail, and took the effort to fully explain each step before he did it, and more importantly explain WHY he was doing it. The whole time i felt I was in great hands, and being taken care of at a high level of professional care. Best yet, he followed up with me the next day to insure i was healing correctly. I'm very impressed with him and his clinic, and I have no reservations recommending him to family and friends

Dr. Perry is wonderful! I have had bad experiences with other doctors in the past but it made my time there absolutely wonderful!! They definitely know what they are doing and are client oriented. Highly suggest!!

Staff was friendly and patient with me. The doctor was professional, and kind. Reasonably priced.

Had long history of ankle pain but didn't want to go see a doctor as it takes up too much time. The pain got worse from playing too much physical activities and finally called Dr. Lalani's office. They fit me into lunch hour to see the doctor. Dr. Lalani examined and diagnosed the ankle, explain the situation and send me for ultrasound. He choose the place most convenient from my location and somehow have the ultrasound call me. Ultrasound called me on the same day and scheduled the appointment in two days. Talk about efficiency! Very impressive first visit. Looking forward to the next steps.

This clinic is a waste of time. The front desk are unfriendly and uninformative. As soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted just tossed a clipboard. The doctor looked like she just rolled out of bed, saw me for less than 5mins and had nothing to say or suggest until I was like “soooo that’s it” and got up to leave, then mentions getting X-rays and surgery.. like what?!? As I left I still said thank you to the front, and got no response so I left. The reception ran after me to tell me I needed to pay. I guess…surprise! At what point were they going to tell me that, cause it didn’t happen when I booked, its not in the confirmation email, and it didn’t happen when I checked in with the same lady who ran after me…. When I asked her why she didn’t tell me at check in, she had nothing to say and I told her I was not paying. The appointment was an absolute waste of my time away from work and out of my way. Would never recommend and would never go back.

Stuck a knife in my foot without any warning or anesthetic. Warned them about sensitivity. Absolutely terrible professionalism. Do not use.
