I came in their drive through at 11 PM today and ordered a simple Iced Latte w/ oatmilk. The person at the window was an older lady and she came to me three times to ask about what drink I wanted. I watched her make it wrong those three times (with steaming milk to put in an iced drink) and when she came to me again for the third time, she told me that they do not have cold brew. I clarified again that I just needed an Iced latte with oatmilk so I do not need cold brew. She the proceeded to call her co-worker saying that she needs help and that she does not know what language" I am speaking. Aside from her bad customer service due to being racist

Unfortunately their inability to cut and butter a muffin or have their donuts properly stocked ruins my ability to leave a positive review.TLDR: I have ordered here for maybe two months now have they have never kept their donuts properly stocked, or serve me my order properly. I have been made aware that this is probably the manager telling their kitchen to not cut and butter their muffins.

Today i ordered 1 regular and 1 large broccoli soup , large soup was not enough quantity it was not filled till the fill up line and also got a hair inside cup lid and every time has issues with the same location .

Bad staff speacial supervisor service she doesn’t know how to talk with customer and I wouldn’t never recommend anyone to go there this is such a very very bad service there

I asked for the peach drink and they charged me 4$ for a peach turnover and gave me an empty bag inside my meal.

Super busy store. Waited in line in store and was a long line at drive through too! Bagel wasn't toasted although I did so for it to be so.

It was really very disappointing from the store that they didn't notice the size of coffee we order for. I have received medium coffees as I ordered large one, they didnt put the ingredients i asked for. It was just black coffee with ice. Really disgusting seriously.

Came through the drive thru today (Nov 12, 2022) ordered 3 coffees, asked for sleeves and did state I did not need a tray. Was told through the speaker that sleeves are discontinued, so I asked for double cups.When I got to the window, my drinks were in a tray, which I specifically said no tray. Cups had no sleeves or double cups, so I asked for double cups. The employee serving me turned to her coworker and they gave me a look and started laughing.This is an unacceptable way to treat customers, not to mention laughing in my face. I am utterly disappointed in the service I received today.I would love to see the employees of this location take sensitivity training, as folks may ask for sleeves or double cups due to disabilities or due to issues relating to holding beverages that are a bit too warm.Thanks for laughing in my face.

All I want to say is that I appreciate whoever's decision it was to start toasting and warming up the jalapeno savoury pastries. I also want to say that I appreciate the person who came up with the orange ginger quencher I had with them. The pastries were delicious warmed up and had a nice kick to them, and the quencher was very refreshing and delicious. Thanks for packing my order up with such care. The pastries arrived nice and warm and weren't squished, and the drink had just the right amount of ice. I'd show photos, but I ate and drank everything very fast! Well done!

Kids always get bagels and cream cheese. When you're charging $1 for cream cheese, make sure you put a decent amount on it. Like a 1/4 thick. These had next to nothing. And I'm paying $5 for a croissant breakfast sandwich and this thing was tiny. Brutal."
