Do not recommend. Asked for 2 inches of length left and when we picked him up he was completely shaved to the skin. He also had numerous cuts on his body. I will never take my dog back here nor should you. Can’t forget to mention she charged us 20 dollars more because he was “bad”.

We brought Lacie in today Nov 10th.....The event went so well....Lacie fell in love hated to leave.. Id recommend this shop to dog or cat owners.

This “grooming spa” was the worst place we have ever been to. Not only did she do exactly what I asked her not to, she charged an extra $20 for his “bad behaviour” an issue we have never had with any other groomers, and the work she did so was butchered and horrifying. My dog has been shaking since I got him home (new behaviour) so I can only imagine what she did to my sweet 8 month old puppy. When I got him home the scent on him was horrible, he was clearly very upset, and I found cuts all over his body. Simply unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. please avoid at all costs

Carolina was very kind, and skillfully groomed my two Maltipoos who were a mess from being on the farm. She was thorough and even allowed us to bring the dogs a little earlier. She clearly cares about the animals that visit her! Thank you, Carolina!

First time my experience was fine, this time I was told to come back in 2 hours. My puppy has bald spots and scraps from the razor, and a very inconsistent cut . Her ears are crooked and the hair on her legs very uneven. I'm sorry but I cannot give a good review, I'm very disappointed.
