The customer service provided by both Mustafa and Nixon was exceptional. I was able to bring in my desktop in the morning and it was fixed and ready for pick up in the afternoon, on the same day! Nixon and Mustafa are both kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend going to That Computer Guy for any computer issue.

Nixon was professional, quick and he offers great value. He was able to repair my fan on my laptop without breaking my budget. I will DEFINITELY go to him again for my computer needs. He has a great sense of humour too which is definitely needed these days. Thanks again for the great work!

Have been going to that computer guy for years for any of my computer/phone/service issues. Fast turn around, friendly service, price is extremely reasonable compared to what other places ask for the same service. I even had an old iPhone that was damaged beyond repair and Nixon was able to pull all my old photos and videos and transfer them to a USB stick, I thought they were gone forever. Highly recommend that computer guy to all my friends and family. I will continue to use their services! Thank you again for always helping us !

My husband went in there to fix a problem with his charging port on his laptop. It was quoted from other stores at $150 and a week to fix, but he able to identify the issue on spot and provided a quick fix for a reasonable price. I did not need an appointment for this. His quotes before meeting him were much less at $75-$125 and 1-2 days to fix. Really kind man and highly recommend! Thanks so much Computer Guy!

Nixon is as good as it gets. Considerate and professional. I read the one or two bad reviews and know you cant please all of the people all of the time. He has always called me back and completed any repairs etc in a timely fashion. Never overcharged. In a world that youre at the mercy of the unknown repair".....he is honest and fair."

Nixon was very courteous and immediately diagnosed my laptop problem, quoted me a price and assured me that I could pick up my laptop in a few hours.. it was ready as promised and my computer was better than new. I highly recommend Nixon and his company for any repairs on computers and related equipment..

Horrible experience. Replaced screen then the home button didn’t work. Said he would fix it and it was a year no joke before I got it back. It worked for two days then home button no longer worked. This place is a joke. I do not recommend and would give it a zero if I could. The reception never returns calls and Nixon doesn’t either.

Nixson is so smart. He has helped me with all my computer needs for over ten years. Most recently he upgraded my operating system flawlessly leaving all the information stored in my computer and google preferences passwords ect intact. He did it fast, for a great price and offered to answer any follow up questions. Thanks a bunch Computer Guy Team
