This place is one of the best. they have many chef specialty dishes, try the one with the chicken and homemade gravy it melts in your mouth. A great place to dine with friends.

If I could give a 0 I would. I wanted to go get a drink 15 minutes before close (8:45 pm). The employee told us they were closed, when they are supposed to close at 9pm. When I ask them why, she told me that the kitchen takes time to close so they are starting sooner. I've tried to explain my point that there not supposed to be already closed. She just sigh and say whatever while returning her back on us. Worst customer experience! I'd love to go there but it was clearly the last time!!!!!

I just went there and had a really bad experience. The women who was serving me was really rude and was looking at me like she wanted me to just leave as fast as possible. I think she should learn to be polite with people. Presotea should watch who they hire too. It was the last time that I go there. Not impressed

Always very nice staff , fresh smoothies that taste amazing, inflation definitely hit this place so it's quite expensive these day , about 9-11$ drinks...but honestly better than getting starbucks where its around the same price but you get flavored sugary water lol. The mango/pineapples smoothies are the best imo

I find it rather difficult to find good bubble tea in this area of Gatineau, so I was quite happy to see this new location open up. It’s better than other Presotea locations in that you have tons more toppings to choose from. There’s an indoor and outdoor seating space, which many locations don’t have.

Great place, great tea, quality products with fresh produce, amazing choices, and the varying music styles in the background along with the young, efficient, fun and polite staff gives this place a great atmosphere as well :) Me, and the whole family highly recommend! :)

So happy Presotea opened a location in Gatineau! Their teas are great (Genmaicha and Hojicha milk teas are my go to - with regular tapioca). The staff is friendly and helpful.Only thing is that it's a bit more expensive than other bubbletea places but since there aren't a lot of other options in Gatineau then you don't really have a choice. (Ie. a medium milk tea with tapioca is almost 10$)

They don't have the same drink selection as in Ottawa and the drinks are never made standard, something is always different. Please just keep your products consistent across locations or make sure to state the differences on the menu so people are not disappointed.
