Ryan Stocker is an excellent diagnostician, has fine judgement and excells at his job. He is effecient, personable and businesslike. He figured out what was wrong with my refrigerator, gave me the choice of repair or replacement and good advice on which, got the part I needed swiftly and installed it as soon as it came. He sends orders and payment receipts immediately. Also advised me on a troublesome dishwasher. I would hire him for any appliance.

Replied very quickly to my inquiry and I was easily able to schedule an appointment. Showed up on time and efficiently diagnosed the issues. Easiest experience I’ve ever had with appliance repair. Nice conversation as well. Definitely recommend.

My interactions from the first phone call for information and making the appointment to the final inspection was positive. I would definitely contact Ryan in the future for commercial repairs. He addressed my concerns and answered questions. This is most important to me. He also had suggestions for future issues. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others. He was both personal and professional.

This was my first interaction with Ryan from Stocker appliance, but sure won’t be my last. Ryan was prompt in setting up appointment , knowledgeable, professional, clean, confident, and very reasonable in his price. I was impressed with his work ethic and general attitude. I’ve come to believe that the “service” part of the service industry has been greatly depleted, but thanks to Stocker Appliance , my attitude has been refreshed. I highly recommend Stocker Alliance .

Ryan came to diagnose problem/s w my washing machine. Issue was urgent, and he was available within 24hrs.He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, gave shortest time-window for appt/arrival out of multiple companies called (only 30 mins) and was on time/early as he assured me he would be.I cannot recommend him highly enough!5+ stars!

Ryan came out for a diagnostic on my washer that was on the brink of dying. He was incredibly responsive starting from my first outreach and I was very impressed with how professional and organized he was, from being on time, to the efficiency of his system for documenting the visit and getting all of the paperwork to me. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you need appliance repair!
