Lucas at Wildewood has made training so much fun! From balancing while trying to play pass to the not as fun exercises that we know are good for us, the sessions fly by and leave me looking forward to the next one! Lucas also takes time to work together to find ways that allow me to do all the exercises everyone else gets to do. Inclusivity like that is hard to find and it means so much to feel as able as everyone!

Wildewood is such a great space for treatment and athletic therapy. Lucas is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Every session has been personalized to my goals, while considering my injuries, and has been very helpful in keeping me strong enough to be back at work. The owner Krista is so lovely and accommodating; everyone seems to enjoy being at work. Also love to have dog snuggles while stretching!:)

Wildewood is the best! Lucas is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. He has put so much time and energy into helping me rehab my knee over the last year. Bonus points for the cutest clinic dogs!

My daughter is a high performance athlete who has worked with Krista and Jenna at Wildewood Health for 4+ years. Not only do they provide great health services they also support her in being mentally prepared for her sport. They have worked through injuries, setting goals, increase speed and agility, injury prevention and muscle therapy. My daughter looks forward to these sessions. I know she is in great hands!

The team at Wildewood Health has been absolutely fantastic throughout my kines therapy sessions over the last half year .The team is very welcoming and always make sure you are getting the most out of your visit/therapy. They are professional, kind , Knowledgeable and straight up just care about your progress.Highly recommend them for any of your therapy needs. Would leave more stars if it was an option.Rob

I've never been to a Kinesiologist or Athletic Therapist before, but I was having non-stop issues with my hip. I started attending weekly sessions with Jenna B. and now my hip is greatly improved. It doesn't hurt that Jenna is also a good conversationalist and keeps my mind off the exercises she makes me do!

Krista with Wildewood is top notch. Krista goes out of her way to make programs to suit the individual. We have worked with her for 5 years and watched her grow her business. Her work ethics, compassion and understanding is 5 out 5.

This place is amazing! I had been struggling with a bad shoulder for years and they knew exactly what to do. Lauren is so motivating, kind and makes you feel so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience at Wildwood has been nothing but positive. I feel like I am in very capable hands under the care of Jenna. She has always been able to adapt and modify my exercise program, to best meet my needs. I would highly recommend both their facility, as well as their very professional staff.
