I have owned a water distiller for 25 years. I do get it maintained every 6 months and the cost of this service is minimal thanks to H20 Know. I never worry that I will be over charged as Steve and Roy(RIP) are stand up guys! They know my distiller and I love that! They replace parts only when needed I have never questioned their integrity. I trust this company for my drinking water and do recommend H20know!

I have owned my water Distiller for over 35 years and my unit was in need of some minor repairs and upgrades. Living in Winnipeg I could not find anybody that could service my Distiller. Happy New Year everyone at H20Know. I just wanted to let you know about our new addition to our family with one of your Distillers. It has become a conversation piece in our home with friends and neighbours. On top of that, the health benefits have been amazing. Better sleep, more energy, not feeling tired or sluggish.We use it to cook with soups and veggies. We are now drinking a lot more water and now we can even taste the difference between tap water and the distilled water. The distiller removes chlorine and other pathogens from the Calgary Glenmore Reservoir drinking water. Calgary council has also approved adding Fluoride to Glenmore Reservoir in the year or so.Please do your research on Fluoride, because it's all about your HEATLH.1 more thing. Now we aren't having to purchase bottled water in plastic containers, caring those into the house. Plastic is bad for you and you can't even get plastic bags from the stores anymore. Also not having to save all those plastic bottles to go to the recycler.Thank you very much H2OKnow.

These folks are friendly and know a lot about water. I'm in my late 60's and have been drinking distilled for more than 35 years so when my old beast died, I got a new one. There's not much maintenance but I get my descaler and charcoal from them and it's good to know if anything does go wrong, there's competent people to fix it.

Steve came to the rescue. His knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated after finding an incorrectly installed filtration system in our recently moved in home. Would highly recommend these guys and suggest you leave futureb water filtration installations the experts.
