I don’t understand long weekend hours at this institution. Monday is a holiday and the bank is closed on Saturday and Monday. My husband gets paid on the 15th & then again on the last day of the month. His company does not have direct deposit. Now we have to wait until Tuesday to deposit his pay check. It seem pointless to deposit through the app as this bank also puts a full hold on all funds for 72 hours.

I have good services here. They are above my expectations,actually.Very gracious staff,even when I’m in a panic!Actually, can find it calming

I had banked with Westminster Savings for years and generally had an okay experience until I began having issues with customer service. Without getting into too many details tellers would be rude or try to get inappropriately involved regarding the use of my own money when I began using an online brokerage for my investments rather than their in-house products. After trying to follow up on some issues with their call center and still having poor results I decided to move my banking elsewhere. When there are double standards depending on how I utilize my own money for my investments and tellers give me attitude while using there services I can not recommend them.

I was hesitant before moving over from my old bank, I opened an account then didnt use it - but the branch contacted me directly and helped me work out the reasons why I didnt want to move over. The branch manager at the New Westminster branch location was very nice and helpful. She made it very easy to change over to their services! Thank you! Happy to be banking with you.

Although I haven’t banked there personally for about 18 years, my dad and mom did and do and I can’t speak from personal experience about everyone but from the times I have attended to help my mom with her banking, Lisa, Charlotte and David have always gone above and beyond with everything. Thank You for looking after and taking care of my moms banking needs.

When we started our business we switched to westminister savings and we were really impressed, we have grown a great deal and we now have nothing but head ache after head ache, the branch manager in new west promises action and help but then refuses to return phone calls, there online system has been malfunctioning for two months and there seems to be no resolution. You can get locked out on a Saturday spend a hour on hold and when it comes time for them to go home they dump the calls on hold even when you’ve been on the hold a hour or more, then your locked out till Monday. We had to try to explain this to our employees why there pay roll wasn’t done! Embarrassing!! Half of the employees are not trained properly how to deal with these issues on the phone. You can call 4 times till you find one person who knows what there doing. Needless to say you lost us as a customer. We were super happy now we are happy to go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, I called to get some help over the phone, spoke to Daniele she was so rude. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Can’t believe they employee people with such horrible customer service skills.

I have been a member for many years, and have always received excellent service. They have a can do attitude and go the extra mile.

UNCOMFORTABLY NUMB!!!What has happened to my bank... I do not like the claustrophobic feeling of the set up. So SMALL... how can you change the culture of banking from competent friendly staff to ones who don't even stand to do their job... too relaxed for my liking like everyone e is on holiday's during business hours. Like I want to stand here for 30 minutes in a small claustrophobic foyer! Goodbye another Westminster Savings member GONE!!!

Do not bank with this Credit Union. They even ripped off my little daughter.I opened accounts for my daughter. My daughter always ran into trouble for her bank card at vendors' terminal for her lunch purchase. She end up couldn't get lunch for few times. We went back to the branch trying to have the issue fixed for several times. Every time we went to the branch, they told us there is nothing wrong with the card. And the same problem happened again and again. My daughter eventually quit putting money into the account. After not using the account for a while, the credit union started to charge monthly fee on the account. As everyone knows, no bank will charge 11 years old kids for her account. I went to the branch explained the situation and the branch refuse to give full refund for the service fee. I end up close accounts for both my daughters. Very bad service. Inconvenient limited locations. I will never bank with this credit union who ripped off my 11 years old daughter. My daughter was very upset because she has been loosing money with this credit union. What a lesson taught to our youngsters to be cautious with any financial institution. So sad.
