Based on my experience: Asked for a perfect fit. Still got some parts of my pants lagging and abit of space around my laterals. So not much a perfect fit Paid about CAD 140. Only wore it for a weddiing and was out of the country for that so couldnt take it back for alterations within the time frame given. I would say if these guys were your last choice, give it a month in advance but say you need it done asap because i made the mistake of saying we have a month to make it perfect thinking they will return it in two weeks and i can give it back. Nope this was not the case.

I brought in a jacket that had a tear in it. Not only did they do an excellent job to repair it same day so I could wear it home, but they refused to take my money! A very sweet act of kindness that you do not see often these days. Highly recommend!

My husband suggested that I bring in my new dress for repairs to the hem as he uses this PATH Stitch It for all his alterations and repairs. He loves going here, even though he’s not downtown and has to make a special trip. I, too, have used them but after dealing with Sam now see exactly why he feels the way he does: I stopped by while grabbing lunch, thinking that I could pick the dress back up in a day or two - and Sam said “hang on just a second” and within a few moments returned with my dress repaired. Just like that. Fantastic customer service and an excellent (and lightning-fast) repair. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!! I was traveling to Toronto and was in a pinch. I needed a zipper replaced for an event. Nikki turned my dress around in less than 24 hours and saved the day! She was communicative and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Tore my winter jacket one morning on my way to work and had to get it fixed ASAP so as not to have all the goose down spilling out. Nikki was so wonderful in making sure the repairs were done to the best standard and complete on the same day before I left work for the day. Will definitely be returning - very grateful for the high quality service!

The staff Nikki, the girl in the store with Nikki and Donald are super amazing.I went with short notice, 3 days before my occasion. Even with their workload, they fixed my dress in one day only! And the dress looks perfect.The price a bit high but it is worthy for the high quality and fast service.Went to the store at the financial district, Toronto.

I decided to try the Stitch It in the path to get a hem fixed as I was in the office today. What a fantastic experience! It took all of 5 minutes and I was on my way again with the perfect fix. I can’t recommend them enough and will most definitely be back!

Went over to this place to get a button reattached to my suit in between meetings. Sam was wonderful, quick (literally 2 mins) and didn’t even charge me for the fix. Definitely going back for other alterations. Super friendly service! Thanks Sam!
