Honestly underwhelmed - Anil was a great communicator and offered great prices, but really didn't come through on the day of our wedding.15 mins late picking up my wife on our wedding day and sent a Mercedes Benz CLA to pick us up post wedding... the wedding dress barely stuffed into that size of a vehicle. Probably would've been cheaper and better experience ordering an Uber XL at that time.

Anil and his team were great from beginning to end. Took down the reservation correctly, followed up accordingly 2 days ahead. Arrived on time. Limo was sparkling clean and very hygienic. Professional driver even going downtown in crazy rush hour traffic. Arranged for perfect pickup spot to get us back up north quickly right out of the downtown core. Perfect 10 in my books. Will definitely be booking again for our next corporate outing.

Three limos were ordered and all were on time (actually early), and were very patient waiting for us to pack up after the evening. The chauffeurs were courteous and excellent drivers! Anil was a pleasure to work with! He made our trip special and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect. He even got us a stretch limo SUV for our late night pickup which was an added bonus. Great service, friendly drivers, reliable and timely, very adjustable to last minute changes and delays. All service with high quality vehicles provided at moderate price. Would certainly recommend them to all our friends.Anil was very friendly and understanding to our needs and last minute changes. He even suggested and reduced our costs by providing alternatives/ combining trips. We are very pleased and glad that we had engaged them for a few days for our daughters wedding.

We used Classic Rolls Royce for our wedding at the beginning of October and were blown away by their service. Anil took care of us by making the best suggestions for our vehicle. The limo bus is extremely spacious and comfortable! Connecting our music through the Bluetooth was a great touch as well. Anna our driver was very nice and made sure everything ran on time well also driving safely. Definitely would recommend this service. Thanks!

Very very disappointed with the service we received. My husband and I BOTH rented limos to take us and our wedding parties from our locations to the wedding venue. We were advised we would EACH have a limo and we were both charged a deposit for two separate limo rentals. On the day of, we learned that the company tried to use just one limo to complete both jobs - even though our schedule required us to both arrive at the venue at the same time. As a result, my bridal party and I had to wait 45 minutes for our limo ride because it was shuttling my husband and his groomsmen to the venue before coming to pick us up. The entire schedule for the day was rushed as a result.Further, and despite them only renting us one limo for the day, the drivers kept hounding us for the balance of the payment owing for a second limo, which we of course were not going to pay for in the circumstances. (As they only provided one limo!!)Finally, the late night shuttle home is a scam. Paid $180 for what essentially would have been a $30 ride home on Uber Black.Super disappointed with the service and would definitely NOT recommend.UPDATE to respond to owner's response: (i) No one has tried to contact us since our wedding day - by email, phone or otherwise to discuss this incident; (ii) Your response did not address the fact that we booked - and were being repeatedly pushed to pay for - TWO limos when the company (sneakily) provided only one limo. Instead, you seem to be blaming my husband for he and his wedding party being delayed; (iii) There was no verbal confrontation with the late night driver, we simply advised her that despite your company's repeated requests we would not be paying a further $400 for a second limo which we were not provided with.If it is your company's charter to help make clients' days special and memorable, you can consider this specific job a fail.Good day.

Classic Rolls Royce provide me with the best service! We call them two days before the wedding and they were very professional and accommodating and their price was the best in town! They call me back right away and they provided excellent service! My chauffeur was professional and friendly! I had to make a slight change to the schedule and were very flexible! I was very happy with the level of service by them and would recommend them to everyone! Great value for my money!

I was celebrating my sweet sixteen with a couple of my friends and the Driver was pleasant and sweet, he wished me birthday wishes, was here on time (both there and back from location), immediately connected us to his wifi to play music, and assisted us with our questions fairly quickly. I definitely would recommend to use their services.

Classic Rolls Royce saved my wedding day! My original transportation cancelled at 10pm the night before the wedding. I had already been in contact with Classic Rolls Royce a month prior but the vehicles I wanted were not available for my date so I decided to go with another company. When my original vendor cancelled the night before the wedding, I immediately called Classic Rolls Royce and within an hour or so, they were able to organize 2/3 vehicles that I requested (14 person sprinter van, and 22 person bus) and sent over an invoice - we were booked by 11:15pm for the wedding the next day. Their communication was great and the drivers were timely and accommodating. The vehicles we booked were also high end top quality (clean, nice leather, nice lighting). Would definitely recommend this company for your wedding.
