After completing an inspection the roto router technician wouldn't commit to including certain details of his inspection in his report because he was very busy. He was unprofessional, hanging up on me during our call.Edit - After receiving the company's response to my unfavorable review, they still went ahead and charged us with an invoice that misrepresented the time spent on-site, without first obtaining our permission to charge the credit card placed on file.

It's cheaper to buy a new toilet than it is to call these people.Take your business elsewhere.

Do not use this company. They are terrible. I had an appointment and a week before the appointment they called and left a message that indicated that they needed a credit card before they would come out. I called back to give them the credit card and confirm the the appointment and they indicated that they cancelled it. I literally called back an hour after they left the message and a week before the appointment. Worst part was the lady on the line was rude and didn't seem to care that I was going to take my business elsewhere.....there are lots of options for this kind of service in Victoria and I would use anyone except Roto-Rooter.Hey Roto-Rooter. You said someone was going to call about this. Still no call. Wondering when that will happen.

I would rate them more stars if I could. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Great work unclogging drains, really helpful in assisting us to figure out the nonsense of a perimeter drain system in our old house and what to do to get it fixed. Also did some wonderful work for my father.

Used Rotor Rooter to fix a leak and replace tap. They did a good job and were friendly but the switchboard handling the calls completely wasted a entire day of my time by telling me they were coming out at a certain day and time and no one showed up. In the end they should have offered me some sort of discount for the waste of an entire day waiting for nothing.

I called this company to unclog the perimeter drain. The appointment is at 10am but the technician came around 10:30am, He looked around and tried a few things but concluded that he could not do the job and therefore I got zero help from him. He left at about 11:30am. The company sent me a bill of over $316, charging 1.5 hours labour. I phoned the company and talked to the owner and the owner told me he would phone me back after talking to his technician. However, he never got back to me. The company charged the full amount to my master card without my permission. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend not to do business with this company. Also, do not give your credit card number to this company!

Leslie was amazing and very pleasant while performing a very challenging dig around my gas line. I was pretty amazed at how hard he worked in a drizzle of rain and non-stop digging for 4 hours, maybe even longer while maintaining a cheerful attitude. Ken then fit me into a very long busy day to unclog my drainage system. I know they were short staffed during this crazy time but Ken went the extra mile to help me out.

Roto Rooter is very reliable. Our drain clogs often so we have them for years now. Always provide a good reliable service. Ken came the last time, very professional and thorough.

Never showed up. Yelled at me on the phone that I made up an appointment even though I had the phone number and call saved on my phone. Very rude. Changing companies forever.The office ladies told me they don't deal with the type of plumbing issue I had. A minute later said they do deal with it it's something that they would of sent someone over asap for and not book for the following week. So I asked ok can you send someone now. And I was told no and they would not let me book another appointmentManagement should look into this. Owner is losing business if they choose who can book an appointment.

Had issues with toilets, and Roto Rooter showed up within 15 minutes, did everything he could do, he then got the city of victoria team here within 15 minutes. And we were very well looked after. Thanks Roto Rooter and City of Victoria Maintenance department!!
