Our favourite go to sushi place in Edmonton. They have a large menu and I like that they offer Japanese skewers. Sushi is top notch, fresh, flavourful. The tempura is light and crispy. Sashimi pieces are thicccc. Eating here can be expensive but it’s worth every penny.

Our server checked on us at good times and our food came out steadily. There's parking outside but MAKE SURE TO BOOK RESERVATIONS because this place will get packed for dinner. But let's talk about the food. Best tasting salmon sashimi I've had in a long time so if you're a fan of salmon then you definitely need to try it here. Takoyaki was hot and fresh and great to share as an appetizer. Had the chef's choice izakaya and I enjoyed trying them all! I can't really say much about the rolls as everyone has different preferences, but don't be afraid to try something new here! My girlfriend loves the black sesame ice cream here so finish off with some dessert before you go.Menu is pricey and you're probably not looking to walk out of here only having spent $20. But make some plans to celebrate something here in the future and enjoy the amazing food that they have :)

Diamond in the rough? Food quality was excellent (considering we're in land), along with service. The price you pay for this dishes are very reasonable in comparison to others out there. Definitely worth checking out.

Our new favorite when the sushi craving hits! I highly recommend making a reservation as this restaurant is very popular, and it was a full house when we went. Service was curt but polite and quick. The sashimi pieces were huge and very fresh. Nigiri and maki were equally delicious. Can't wait to come back!

Heard this place was really good and it did not disappoint. The seafood tartar roll was one of the best rolls of any name I've ever had. All the dishes were first rate and the servers super friendly. If I could lick the plates and get away with it I would. Lol.

Friends have been bugging me for years to try Yoko for sushi. Finally went.. and definitely was glad I went.We were about 4 people… and ordered a couple of Appetizers and full roll dishes as well as tempura.Incredible servings, service… and more importantly delicious.Fresh ingredients you can tell and cleanliness to the highest standard.Would highly recommend and go again in the near future!

I came here for a family lunch and was really satisfied with the quality of food that we got.We ordered takoyaki, beef tataki, the Ohzeki Sashimi platter, dragon roll, seafood tar tar roll, and the black sesame ice cream.The sashimi they served was fresh and also came in larger pieces than usual! The salmon was so good we ended up ordering another plate of it.

This is probably the best Japanese place in the city. I’ve tried many but this is probably on the top of my list. It’s interesting though since it’s sort of a hole in the wall. Their rolls,bento, and skewers are amazing. The price is a little more on the higher end but it’s more than reasonable for the portions you get. Give this one a try if you haven’t been, you won’t regret it
