Had a whopper meal from this spot. The staffs were very well behaving and the store was neat. It was not busy even though it was a weekend evening. Liked the experience here especially because of the scenery of Rockwood Mall seen from the windows.

Manager gave away my 4 apple pies after I paid for it to a drive thru customer. Very bad service as I went to wash my hands and told the cashier to put these in a bag while I was in the bathroom. Got a refund but I will not be back this manager is incompetent and I also had an Uber delivery person witness the whole thing.June 25th at 6:15pm

Oh how I love the gut ache from the food poisoning after having yesterday's Whopper from this location. Not only did I wait for well over 10 minutes for my order, the guy behind me got his meal before I did. Putrid burger. They all weren't bad...just the one, but one is all it takes. Thanks for ruining my day

One of THE slowest drive Thru's I've ever experienced and it was not even that busy. But average 4 mins per car is ridiculous. The staff would take an order and took a solid 1 just put up 1 item through and you'd have to wait 30 seconds for them to be able to take another part of your order. Sat at the speaker for a 2 minutes before they even start to take your order. Absolutely astonishing that they've made something that was designed to be simple, fast and easy, so unnecessarily difficult. After waiting at the window and ordering your food which equated to 5 mins. You then get to sit at the pick up window for another 5 mins. 10 mins total per customer and order is not acceptable. Re-training is definitely a must.

I haven't had Burger King for 5 years. I had to order it because I didn't feel like cooking. So I ordered a burger and fries and it taste like microwave food. Might not come back here in the next 5 years. The only positive thing I could say about this location is that they did not change the logo into the new one.

If you go late night through the drive thru, be prepared to wait atleast 5mins at the speaker to have your order taken….. if you venture there for breakfast, be prepared to be told “we don’t have any sausage”. this has happened multiple times which suggests a poorly managed restaurant …..

I am giving this 5 star for the staffs. On a holiday even after opening hours while they were waiting for some deliveries they served us food. Thank you so much for that.

Definitely one of the better burger kings. No hastles when trying to use coupons, buns are fresh here compared to other BKs where they can sometimes be a little dry, they bless-up with the heavy-all whoppers too, they obviously cycle through stock faster than other BKs. Generally speaking staff are friendly and great.

Ordered here off of DoorDash and the food was so old. The hashbrowns had old onion rings and French fries mixed in. The chicken burgers had old brown slimy lettuce on it. I threw the whole order out. It was disgusting
