I have always loved and appreciated our Brooklin Shoppers. The pharmacists amazing and have always been that way for us. The new assistants have been so horrible especially when I’ve have medical/ medication “emergencies” and this one assistant has been so uncooperative….. all these years no issues. I will never go here again. (Love the pharmacists…. So sad that can’t be a priority)..

We have never had anything but absolutely incredible service. Shoppers Brooklin is the only pharmacy we would ever go to. Tony and Alex are the best pharmacists I’ve ever met. They are only people that our daughter feels comfortable to get a flu shot/ vaccine from. They are so patient, caring and always go above and beyond for our family. Anytime I’ve had any questions about medication they know all the answers and put my mind at ease. Thank you Tony and Alex for being so wonderful for all these years!!!

I had been at this drug store for 18 years. Sadly I must tell u I am done with them as of today.Past many many years they were very good and patrons know pharmacist and staffs well. I sure appreciate them. Lately it is totally opposite.No one at pharmacy will ever answer the call. Yes not exaggerating. Pharmacist Rishma (new) very bad to customers. Telling me pharmacy here do not call doctor for refills. Demanding doctor to give one year refill. Said doctor not answering their call but the truth is this pharmacy will never pick up call so how can doctor call back? We are not third world country and need not this person to treat us like one.Disgusting disgusting. I will be calling Ontario college of pharmacist on this pharmacist. She is so bad that need to be retrained if not a warning.Doctor gave a verbal refill finally connected with pharmacist and 4 hours later drug is not filled. What right she has to treat customer like this. Nasty!!Picked up my 90 days refills. Ask for a face to face drug recounts as I do not have confidence with this accredited store. 9 out of 90 tablets were missing!!!! Cited new staffs. Non licensed pharmacist gave me the missing 9 tablets. Why charge a fee when job is done so poorly beyond tolerable? Reason for me ask for recount is because the last time I was getting the refill here 90 days ago, they shorted me but only I discovered after I got home. This pharmacy store needs to be audited and be warned and reprimanded. It is unacceptable. Trust? Confidence? Dishonesty? Stealing all in play.Pharmacy owner did meet with me in timely manner. He identified missing tablets issue with machine wrong calibration. He acknowledged chronic not answering the phone issue but is still wonder how to solve the problem. He agreed pharmacist assistant cannot dispense drugs and will talk to them. He will speak to his pharmacist Rishma that she is to call doctor if doctor requests pharmacist to do such call for refills. I appreciated owner conversation and part actions so will give this store another try next time.

To the Manager who accused me of lying about wearing the Scholls insert, and then continued to talk down to me... You can do whatever you want the the $ 38 pair of inserts you wouldn't take back but ask yourself...is it really worth it to lose a customer who has purchased there from day 1 when you opened and has spent $ 10's of thousands of dollars there. The way you talked to me was so unprofessional I don't know how you made it to manager.

Does the pharmacy ever answer the phone? I've been on hold for half an hour including being bounced back to the main menu 3 times. I have to call ahead because I am 100% sure if I don't they won't have my prescription ready. Luckily there are other pharmacies nearby with good reviews and good customer service.Update - I just called another pharmacy to get transferred and it is like night and day. People, it's not worth it to keep trying with this place. Hours of frustration can be ended by just switching.Note to the shopper's response below: I don't need to call to share my experience with you, you literally just need to try to call the pharmacy and you can have the experience yourself!

I was very happy with the store employee who assisted me last Tuesday in looking for a specific hair product (mousse), which we couldn't find in any brand. I thanked her for her help and headed away with nothing. I was already in the food section when she found me and handed me a bottle of mousse that she had found. And it wasn't even the most expensive. Excellent customer service.

If you have a prescription you need soon, find a smaller pharmacy that can help you quickly. I’ve waited well over an hour the last couple of times despite being told “30 minutes”. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but the service is just terrible.

This specific Shoppers is a juxtaposition. The front staff are great, however, the staff supporting the Pharmacists today were abysmal. Terrible customer service at this Pharmacy location.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Poor customer service. They do not care about people or their needs. Nobody seems to want to be there and I see that they have the reviews to show for it.

One pharmacist wrote an emergency prescription while my doctor is out of office and when I went to pick it up another pharmacist had cancelled it and flagged it as a prescription of concern and told me.i could wait u til my doctor is back in office. Will not be back here ever again. Be warned that you will be treated like a criminal here just for trying to get a prescription filled that has already been prescribed.
