I have an appointment booked later in the week at this location as per the health site. I can't wait that long because of employment concerns. I drove in to speak to someone about this today and the girls refused me at the front. I was told it is monday morning after the weekend and we are short staffed" PLUS "we are really busy". There was one person that walked in during my pop in. It would have taken 30 seconds to swab me. They have the information on file from previous visits. My tax money hard at work."

I went to do the test this morning. Of course you have to make an appointment first. The staff were very nice.

After waiting 5 days for an appointment I was tested on Saturday morning at 8AM. It's now Thursday and I still can't access my results or reach the center by phone it's just an automated line. How are we supposed to prevent the spread.Been 12 days since I showed first symptoms.

Experience was fine but i cant access my results after 7 days and they provide 0 ways for you to contact them to get information.
