Value Buds

Was just here and had a lovely short conversation with the girl who helped me pick out my bud. Great prices, great attitude from the girl helping me and super friendly.Couldn’t give 5 stars because when I was waiting to be let in the girl who helped me had to ask what I think is her manager to not snap at her in front of customers. You shouldn’t have to tell your manager or coworker to be professional to you in front of customers, especially since the manager started arguing back. Really childish. The girl that helped me brushed it off her shoulders and came and apologized for me hearing that and let me in and helped me out. She deserves better. Do better Value Buds.

Not much to look at. The people working seemed more concerned about talking loudly amongst themselves rather than providing customer service. Prices are okay at best, that's about the only good thing about it. With the lack of service given the prices should be lower.

Best price and experience buying quality flower. No need for a loyalty program, these guys sell at already discounted prices. My only go to dispensary now.

Shopped at this location a number of times, always had good service; the product I was looking for always available, typically edibles. The store is clean and bright; when I’ve had questions about product the staff have been able to provide an adequate answers.

Not sure what’s with all the bad reviews. The staff here are attentive and kind and really helpful. We spend a lot here and they never make us feel silly about asking any questions. They are definitely knowledgeable about the products and they’ve been able to recommend a few of my new favourites to me.

Lesley and Nick were very welcoming and helpful at the door as well as great prices, selection and choices. Wouldn't hesitate to make recommendations to this dispensary.

Do you know what is consistent about Value Buds across their entire retail chain? Service! It doesn't matter which Value Buds you shop at, you can always count on great service.

I love it here...I don't understand the low rating. Usually great customer service...the manager is more like a Kings Guard ... Doesn't smile much but he's loosening up! Honeydew Boba all the way. Significant price difference compared to other stores. PS Danny is the shiz nit.

Staff is super nice and friendly and knowledgeable - could not ask for a better shopping experience. Also the prices are best in town.
