Great experience. Super high quality couches, it tops everywhere else and some. Yea it will be at the top end of your budget but the team will work with you to make it work. We worked with Alex and highly recommend him.

My partner and I had never been to this store location, so this was our first experience shopping here. When we entered, it was refreshing to not see 5 sales associates swarm you without having a chance to brows ourselves first. Shortly after we entered, we were greeted by Nishtha Kapoor, asking if we had any questions and what we were looking for. We asked if we could just brows the store and would find her if we had any questions. Nishtha was such a breath of fresh air, and respectfully let us brows while letting us know where she would be if we had questions. We were shopping for a sectional for our home, and it was a bit overwhelming. We found a sectional that we liked and asked Nishtha for help. Nishtha told us the details of the sectional, our options and warranty. We were still a little confused whether or not this would fit our space. Well, let me tell you that Nishtha connected us with Nishi Patel, who entered our room dimensions and showed us our options with our space. I think this feature is so unique, and super helpful to customers. It was amazing to see on the tv what the sectional would look like and it really helped us with our decision making. This feature is like no other I have experienced and I really think that it sets Lazy Boy out ahead of your competitors. Great job! After working with Nishi, we needed some more time to make our final decision. Oh my, I think we were there for at least 4 hours, and even kept them 1 hour over their closing time. We never had the feeling of being rushed or pressured, it was perfect! When we finally decided, it was time to work with pricing. This is when we met Nitin Rai, the Regional sales manager. Wow, what an amazing human being! Nitin was so patient, accommodating, and kind with us, it was incredible. He is such a down to earth person and you could see his passion come through when talking about Lazy Boy products. Nishtha was also so patient and kind to us since we took forever to decide which sectional design we wanted lol My hat goes off to her for her welcoming smile, and sales skills.All in all, this was such an incredible experience. About 1 week prior to visiting the Rodeo Dr. location, we had visiting a Lazy Boy store in Kitchener. Sadly, we didn't have the same positive experiences during that visit.We are so happy with the level of customer service that we received from the three individuals mentioned above and I will be recommending this store location to my friends and family.Now we just have to wait for our sectional but are so excited for it to arrive!Please ensure that these three individuals get recognition for this transaction. :)Thank you so much again Nishtha, Nishi, Nitin!!!Sincerely,Desirae

The service was exceptional. Both gals that waited on me were very attentive and above average with service. The designer did a excellent job laying out the floor plan and suggesting how to lay out the room. My experience was excellent which is hard to get in these days. Thanks so much.

I recently purchased a lift recliner chair for an elderly parent. My salesperson, Monica Groves was very helpful and conscientious about solving some issues I had with the purchase and the delivery, getting everything resolved to my satisfaction.But I can only give the experience a four star rating because your commissioned sales staff is absolutely brutal at accosting customers at the front door, attempting to “own” them. I told the gentleman that I wished to look around, that I’d already spoken to someone, and that I’d call for her when I was ready. He demanded to know my name and the name of the salesperson, telling me that he MUST TELL MANAGEMENT WHO I “BELONG TO.”As far as I know, I belong to MYSELF.Brutal.

Do not purchase a warranty for any items here. It is very expensive and then is not honoured when you go to use it. The store associates do not do anything about it and you can only contact the warranty people through email and they do not honour their end. Very disappointing as our couch has a known defect that has been repaired once by la z boy but now that the defect has occurred again, apparently it is not covered by warranty which should cover this for 7years. This is because La Z Boy outsources repairs to Zukora after 1 year and they will blame defects on you. BIG SCAM!

Furniture is great quality. The customer service is horrible. Staff should not be making false promises against company policy and misleading customers.The manager was avaliable when we made the initial purchase. After an issue, the manager hasn't been around and not avaliable for contact. Our only option is customer service on their website, which has been useless.

I was basically asked if I'm making a purchase that day because it seemed like my interest and questions may have been wasting their time. Also please train your entire staff on the delivery process, it leaves your customer figuring it out and the Vaughan pick up centre guys picking up the pieces.

Amazing store to buy Sofas and chairs and stuff for the living room. Sales Reps are perhaps trained not to pressurize customers to make a deal. GiGi our advisor was super awesome and patient.She answered all our questions and was very helpful. Good quality furniture costs and be prepared to pay a decent amount. Most of the items you can customize the fabric as well.They. Also have for $150 or so a designer work for you who can work to put a room together. We feel that’s a good service for a reasonable price. You buy stuff from them and you get that back as well.
