My husband and I did a kayak tour to Chocolate Beach with them. It was such a fun and awesome experience. If you are traveling to Slat Spring for vacation or just visiting for a weekend, I 100% recommend looking into this! We did the 3 hour tour and got a two person kayak. We did the 6PM tour at the beginning of August. By the end of the tour we had an amazing sunset to watch which was so beautiful and serene. Our tour guide was Wyeth. He was so fun and interesting! He told a bunch of stories about the island and all the other islands you pass on the way, we got to learn a lot. Plus he made the work out super fun, didn't even feel like we were working (paddling) the whole way. They teach you everything you need to know before you leave the shore, so you do not have to worry about feeling unsafe or not knowing how to kayak beforehand!

We booked a kayaking tour.Our scheduled trip time turned out to be windy which made conditions not as comfortable, Jill our guide went over and above to reassure that we would be able to rebook and enjoy another. The next morning we were greeted with smiles and off for our trip to Chocolate Beach We were well informed and instructed not only about gear but safety while on the water. We never at any moment felt unsure or unsafe.Jill was joyful and you can tell she has a passion for being on the water and sharing that experience. She shared so many interesting and fun facts along the journey. We saw loads of beautiful starfish, soaring eagles, sea lions and seals sunning themselves, we even spotted a raccoon on Goat Island!We loved every moment of it and would do it again on our next trip to SaltSpring Island. Absolutely amazing kayak tour with Jasmine. She was kind and encouraging whilst also being super knowledgeable and passionate about her job and the wildlife/environment. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

We had such a fun time! Paul was our captain and he was great. He's a search and rescue captain as well as a tour guide, and has trained a lot in stormy weather. That training translated to a really fun time riding the wake and waves. He had lots of good information and stories unique to the area to share, and also allowed time for quietly enjoying the sights.We saw a beautiful juvenile humpback off Saturna Island and stayed with it for quite a while, seeing it's spray and fin and then it's tail pop up when it went down for a deep dive. On our way back in we went to Anniversary Island, which was full of adorable rock sausages (harbour seals), a few early sea lions, and a variety of birds, including some damp and disappointed bald eagles who'd missed their last hunt.Being out on the water gave a whole new perspective to the life we all live on land. It's really a different world out there and we treasured every moment. We were there in early June. Different times of year allow for different types of sighting, and I would love to go back a little later in the year to catch the orca hunts as well.

My parents and their friends were kayaking for the first time and they loved it!! The owner was extremely kind and patient as we got all our gear. She also accommodated our time and allowed us to rent on Wednesday when they aren't open that day. Highly recommend anyone who wants to kayak to give this place a go :)

This tour was SO FUN!!! Our guide Wyatt was so knowledgeable. He knew so many fun things about salt spring island. We saw seals and otters and bald eagles nesting! So cool!

Absolutely love this place and it is definitely worth a visit! They told us where we should go with our sit-on-top kayaks and they did not disappoint at all. You can make it to the end of the islands and back within two hours if you do not stop for long durations! Super friendly staff, an amazing deal (price and site wise), and incredible views!

We had a very enjoyable afternoon with Bruce as our captain & guide, He located a mother humpback and calf fairly quickly so we were able to spend about an hour watching them surface, hearing them blow and then diving to feed. We also saw lots of other sea mammals such as golden sea lions, harbour seals and many marine birds. He was very helpful & courteous getting us on and off of the zodiac and knowledgeable about everything we saw.

We were a group of three 50+ girlfriends and had a fabulous time on the Bioluminescence night kayak tour. Our guide Wyatt really made it special and accommodated the fact that we are at different levels of kayaking ability.We decided to book the whale watching tour the next day and again had another great guide who found whales and shared information on the sea life in the area.

Great experience! We did the Kayak Sunset tour and our guide was incredibly patient with us and gave us great background stories of each island. Would definitely recommend.
