Desk staff are obnoxious. Yelling at clients what rooms to go to like a drill Sargent and if you miss hearing as some people did I saw her get angry at them. She yells while removing her mask to eat at front reception desk.Signs littered everywhere about Covid which is fine, it’s their business, but the tone reflects how staff speak to patients.Doctors are late making you wait an hourWe’ve had 3 referrals to this clinic. Each time we were told not do something because it will scar. I’ve went to another local clinic that actually has a procedure room and had my issues addressed successfully. I feel this clinic is only interested to charging OHIP for consults and not helping take action.

Rude staff. I removed my mask to take a drink of my water and they started yelling across the room to put my mask on. It was very embarrassing and degrading the way I got yelled it, could have been said in a nice manner. It’s 2023 and the pandemic is over. Overall found them very unprofessional and rude. Also waited forever to see the Dermatologist. Not coming back here. Customer service is the most important thing in the world, so sad that it’s a rarity in this world nowadays….

Very frustrated…..I work in healthcare and am always very mindful of not taking up too much of a practitioners time. I had an appt today and asked my 2 questions, and decided to save my other questions for a subsequent appt and the waiting room was full, and mostly with elderly patients.When I called to make another appt I was told I now need to wait until December. I guess I should’ve asked all my questions when I had the chance. Oh well.The receptionist when I walked in was quite cold - and it was clear she didn’t appreciate me questioning the mask policy. She also gave me a look when I told her I had no choice but to bring my toddler with me due to child care issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Shapiro for many years. She is extremely professional, kind, and caring, and is very knowledgeable and is punctual. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns. The front desk staff provide very friendly and excellent assistance, and the office is very well organized and run smoothly. I am extremely happy with my care at Thornhill Dermatology.

Receptionist are rude.Made an appointment months in advance.Came on time to scheduled appointment.Clinic was empty. Was told max 5-10 min wait. Waited 30 mins. Doctor came out and said it would be another 30 min wait. Horrible scheduling. Will never go back!

I found the receptionist to be very kind and accommodating. Let me say that I am sure Dr. Bargman is extremely knowledgeable . That being said if your looking for the bed side manner of a drill Sergeant, then this is the guy for you.

Went to this clinic twice for skin cancer screening....neither time did the doctor get out of her chair. Neither time did she carefully examine marks on my skin nor take a special light that they use to check something out. I asked her about the mark on my check at both visits and she said it was a pimple. I went to a new dermatologist this year. That pimple is basal cell cancer and I am waiting for an appointment to have it removed. Unbelievable!

Doctor refused to acknowledge my medical mask exemption and declined service after a 3 month wait, despite the fact that I agreed to wear the mask anyway, only not cover my nose so as not to create any potential breathing issues.

Clean spacious office and waiting area. Love that they are Covid conscious and still require masks….I appreciated the signs and that they enforced their mask policy. Front desk person was very friendly. Doctor was to the point and helpful. Happy with our visit.
