Good prices... Service good... but I would've easily have rated them 5 Stars if it wasn't for the last experience that I had (that's the 3rd time that I buy all of my Kitchen Appliances from them and that's the only time that it was a semi-bad experience).

Most of the people who shared their experience at this merchant, get their kicks from slandering good bussness. The Simon Lesvesque character below, has nothing positive to say about any of the places he has shopped in months. These reviews reflect people scoring brownie points for their google plus accounts, and nothing more. My views are if you show people respect, respect is what you will get in return. And George Adaimy said he bought all his appliances from this merchant !!?? What a laugh, the do not sell appliances. Sad when people ruin a merchants reputation just to score points for google+.

0 stars. We had our control board for our oven apparently fixed for 150$ +TX. We then reinstalled it in our oven and had the exact same problem. He refused to tell us what was fixed and told us to get out. It goes without saying that he also wouldn't give our money back. After his yelling and nervous breakdown we decided not to escalate this any further. We will contact protection du consommateur and our credit card company to not only file a complaint but also get our money back. It never pays to argue with people like that. Please avoid this shop at all cost.

I always find the things I need for my stove, fridge or other house appliances.Best is to go with a part number for your device and the gentleman will find a replacement really fast.

I would give no stars to this business if I could. I went to the store to return a purchase and the person at the cashier started yelling at me and my wife for no reason. I have filed a complaint with the office du consommateur du Québec. Be very careful as the owner is very aggressive and violent.
