Amazing experience from start to finish. It started with our going to the showroom where we were given lots of options to choose from, along with a quote outlining the options. When we were ready to proceed, we called to let them know and Jim made an appointment to come out and do the measurements and firm up the quote. We actually ended up choosing something a little different than we had originally picked based on Jim's suggestions. We are so happy we did. The price actually ended up lower than the original quote. (How often does that happen?) Today was installation day! Jim and his two helpers showed up promptly at 9am. They uninstalled the very old fireplace insert we had, removed all of the old (improperly installed) wiring, liner and gas line. They re-ran the gas line, cleaned the fireplace, and installed a new liner. (I am sure there is more to it but those are the things I recall.) They then installed the new insert. Then Jim took quite a bit of time explaining the remote, how it operated, things to watch for et cetera. He then went through the Installation and Owner's manual with us. He went point by point through the Safe Operation List, options for cleaning the insert and the glass, information on the logs and warranty registration. He was with us for a good 30 - 45 minutes after the installation was complete. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Jim and staff. As we mentioned to Jim, we have already referred someone to them.

Just had our fireplace replaced and wall resurfaced with stone. Looks great and we are very pleased. Eco Efficiency have been around for over 30 years, which is no accident, they offer excellent and efficient service. Jim is a true craftsman and very talented. His staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when we were figuring things out. We highly recommend them if you are planning a similar project.

The staff is very knowledgeable and truthful. I love the way they treated me and made me feel so welcome. The women Ashley even greeted me by saying Welcome to Eco Efficiency how may I help you" I have never had someone greet me by saying welcome to their store. There was no pressure to buy anything and they were truly just trying to help me pick the right fireplace. When Ashley didn't know the answer she admitted that she didn't know and had Jim answer my questions. Its very refreshing to have someone admit that they don't have all the answers and willing to find someone who know. Jim is very good at what he does and I can't wait to get my fireplace in the fall. Now I am just waiting for the Valor L1 to be installed in the showroom so I can see the flame pattern.I will be back soon and keep up the great work."

Ordered exactly the fireplace I wanted. Jim was very quick to get back to me, even though the office was closed for the holidays. They came to install it today, in the cold and snow. The crew showed up on time, put down tarps to protect the floor and carpet, vacuumed as they worked, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. So thrilled with the product and the whole experience. Thanks to all of you.

Michelle at the store was very helpful on my first visit and went into a lot of detail on how modern fireplaces operated as well as recommending a couple of models that would fit my need. The installation of my fireplace was very efficient, clean and professional. Jim and his assistant worked quickly without compromising quality, I was impressed by the overall quality of his work. At the end, time was taken to explain the operation of the unit and even review the manual. Highly recommended!
