Theatres are great, Recently watched Spiderman and Transformers. The recliner chairs are amazing, gives enough leg room. But if you are short like me I don’t recommend the top raw as the bar will distract you screen, 3rd raw from top is perfect for me.My friend dropped the phone under the seat and it’s nasty, a franchise like Cineplex should consider cleaning it properly.Concessions are ok, but had long line up right before the store. Putin was so so, Popcorn was fresh and good, Still think they should make it the self serve fountain pop. Both for variety and refills. As someone mentioned, If you are going to charge me $8 for fountain pop it should at least be refillable. Staff is friendly.The gift store also had Dundee trophies from Office.

Always a good vibe. Have never been disappointed. The reclining chairs are comfortable and make for a great movie experience

Great atmosphere! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The theater is very clean and well maintained. We were very impressed with the fact that you got your own row and recliner to watch the movie in 3D! Avatar the way of the water is 3:15 long so it made it an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be going back for the next big movie that comes out. Make sure you pay a little extra and get the power recliners you won't regret it! The bathrooms are very close to the theaters and easy to find this was very convenient. Looks like they also do birthday party's also along with an amazing arcade! Can't wait to go back!

It is available at prime location and has options for a variety of seats and viewing experience from avx to standard.

Visit any other Cineplex or theatre!I would boycott choosing this location until much needed training for staff and improvements are made to the building.From the rude ticket clerk talking down to my guest and I multiple times then ignoring us, to the kiosk debit machine turning into computer jargon,the concession stand staff asking an older guest to walk to both ends to retrieve her order which I told them I could wait in the middle where I ordered for it to be brought to us, to the concession being understaffed + not acknowledging the customers behind me (could have said we'll be with you in a moment to them and instead they had to wait an unnecessary length to be serviced), to the concession stand giving straws for drinks or able to point where napkins and the washroom is.To the lights in the theatre flashing to the stereo system causing a complete disruption in my experience (it was like a seizure that would be one block ten blinks and continued sporadic).The washroom, the toilet was so low to the ground my mother-in-law nearly fell to sit on it, 3 of 5 soap dispensers empty, 2 of 3 hand dryers faulty, the blaring music in the washroom.....The handicap button in our theater was non operational and therefore one would assume that the door should have been propped open. The outside handicap button has a garbage almost overlapping it, it is not covered, but this makes one who needs it feel unwelcome.My mother-in-law mentioned how she was confused and I was disappointed with how the crosswalk / no parking ( at the front doors ) paint was painted over in black voiding its safety and done so poorly.The movie was good and the company was great. Otherwise, I'm greatly disappointed in this location.My last visit here was most likely 6 years ago and I felt much better it about it then.The regional manager or Company president needs to review what's going on at this location. To maintain your company's reputation, Close this location until improvements are made please.

one of the best places to watch movies....comfortable seats and really nice sound quality.overall ambience is good....only think i would like to suggest is that, please add some more chicken options in food section. Rest all is good...keep it up

This is a large location. Clean and tidy, good lighting, in and outside. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even have some party rooms to rent. Washrooms are clean and well stocked, and the building is well maintained. The seats go up and back for a comfy position. I personally like the older seats from Ajax. They have a good selection of games and food and drinks. Most big hits are better watched on the big screen then your small screen at home.

But a couple of hotdogs before the start of the movie, only to see a lot of flies feasting around the hotdog garnishing area. They are not cheap. Wish they would have clean up more especially when I see a lot of staff around. Also with no aircon running makes it worst. It was 1030pm then on a warm July.

I recently visited a Cineplex theatre and arrived quite late, expecting it to be packed with movie-goers. However, to my surprise, it was virtually empty. While this may not have been ideal for the business, it was definitely a plus for me as I was able to enjoy my movie without any distractions.Despite the lack of crowds, I still found Cineplex to be a great cinema chain. The theatre was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The audio and visual technology were top-notch, making for an immersive and enjoyable movie-watching experience.I also appreciated the range of films on offer at Cineplex, from the latest Hollywood blockbusters to indie and foreign language films. Additionally, the amenities such as comfortable seating and a variety of snack and drink options at the concession stands made my experience even better.Overall, while the lack of crowds may not have been ideal for Cineplex, it was definitely a plus for me as a customer. I enjoyed a great movie-watching experience in a clean and well-maintained theatre with friendly staff and top-notch technology.
