We are so happy with our experience. When I called, Roberto offered to come over to our house to have a look at what exactly we needed. He came over the next day and provided us with the best quality central vacuum system equipment. He is extremely knowledgeable and he offered us an amazing service. Thank you Aerus for making our environment safe. Our community organization in Cote des Neiges runs a food bank. In 2020, we bought the Beyond Air air purifier. What a great purchase as we had almost 1600 visits last year and no signs of any pathogens in the air. Thank you for your service and for this product. I bought an air filtration machine from Roberto about a year ago. He went far above and beyond to help me problem solve the challenges I was facing. He really believes in his products and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a safe and clean home. Long after the sale, he continued to make himself available to help me out. We just replaced our vacuum in our new house. Roberto was amazing! He came over promptly to give us a quote and installation was a few days after that. Quick and efficient service, we love the new vacuum. Would definitely recommend.

I am not a happy client.Roberto failed to mention I was not able to attach the hose to the canister like my previous vacuum. When I said I will use it that way if I can’t get the outlet installed he said why would you want to do that instead of it’s not possible with the model I sold you. He tried to sell me an outlet installation at $150 or $160 instead.I called to speak to him but days later no call back.Not satisfied with his service.

If you want an excellent vacuum and don’t mind spending a little more for top quality, this is the place to go! Both Roberto and Massimo know their product and matched the model with my needs. I even was able to trade in my old vacuum which was very fair. Their professionalism, service and patience was most appreciated. They go out of their way for their customers which is evinced by their long history in business.

I do not often write reviews, however I am so impressed by the level of service I received that I feel compelled to share my experience.This is the first time I have used Aerus. The service was fast and efficient. Unfortunately there was a problem shortly after the service was completed. Aerus returned promptly and corrected the problem no charge.A few days later I messed up the installation myself. When I went to Aerus to pick up the replacement part they offered it to me free of charge. I was incredibly impressed. Roberto really understands the meaning of customer service. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Roberto.

I brought a powerhead in for service on Tuesday Morning. The repair was completed before noon and it works as well as the day it was new. Massimo and Roberto are wonderful. Super fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this business.
