Outstanding customer service. Jaggi is superhelpful and friendly. Makes you feel like a person not a number. Decided to stop at this store on the way back to Richmond because of the high reviews. Glad we did. Came on a Saturday just before closing. Came back Sunday from Richmond as he had to bring in a phone from another store. Some issues with transferring from one of our old phones and he stayed an hour after store closed to make sure it was done. Unfortunately he couldn't stay until complete but he walked us through it and we finished it at home. Can see why his reviews are so high. Worth the drive from Richmond for this type of excellent customer service even with the high price of gas. Don't see that type of service much anymore. Will be coming back to him in the future if we need another phone.

Owner is very kind and considerate! He gives good offers and finds a way to help you instead of brushing it off. The place is clean and quiet as well!

Jaggi did such a superb job, in both his professionalism, & his resolve to troubleshoot whatever problems presented themselves. Would suggest him for anyone looking to get an affordable plan, phone, or sign up with a great service provider. Can't say enough good things about this servicemen & location. 10/10

Jag was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I had a bitter experience at Bell store nearby but Jag got a hold of the situation and helped me get a cell phone number in a very friendly manner!!

If you need to go to a freedom retailer , the freedom mobile in Panorama is absolutely fabulous ! I went to a freedom mobile yesterday in Guildford mall where I felt like there wasn’t anyone to help and when I was finally greeted, they didn’t have the device I wanted which is okay, but there wasn’t much effort to help any further. I then went to the freedom in Panorama Plaza and Jaggi was just great . He didn’t have the device on hand so he got another retailer to drop it off within 2 hours, and once received ( exactly on time ) he was so excited with me to open my new item. When committing to an expensive device , it’s nice to have someone who actually cares and bond with , and Jaggi did just that . We talked about how great the device is and he treated me like a person , not a customer . I will definitely only being going to this location in the future ! They were so fast , efficient , and helpful. I’ve been a freedom member for years, and I wouldn’t have it any other way, yesterday showed me why I’m still a member ! Thanks Jaggi !

Today 20 December went to this shop to upgrade my phone. Met Jaggi, who cheerfully welcomed us and explained the hardware details patiently and prepared the contract for 2 years. We are well satisfied his handling of the deal and get the paper work done in few minutes. We strongly recommend this store and confidently deal with Jaggi. We are Happy!
