Valley West Glass

Valley West Glass was great to work with. I had 2 broken windows in my basement and they came the next day for a quote, which was a great price & back a couple days later to replace them. Highly recommend them! Good job guys.

1) Contacted Valley Glass and spoke with Jason in regards to getting a window pane replaced since the seal had gone making it foggy between the panes, and a sliding door assembly to get worked on. Got quote, had window ordered and parts from August and work was done end of October and everything seemed good. Sliding door had track rollers replaced and seemed to slide ok.2) November 15th, 2021. Big rain storm and water was just dripping in quite quickly into my window frame. Called Jason and mentioned the water was dripping in and he said that was normal. I was quite surprised and exclaimed so and that did not seem right. He asked me to e-mail him pictures. I sent him pictures along with video but never received any follow up. Since then water has not dripped in but I am still a bit leary and a bit worried but always check anytime it rains. I was a bit put off about not receiving any follow up but just left it especially since that crazy flood in Abbotsford happened.3) Contacted them again in February 2022 to look at my sliding door and getting the track rod assembly replaced. Sounded like it would have been fine, but then Jason contacted back and said that he spoke with the installer and that I would require a whole new door system and they did not do that. That was fine, not a problem.4) April 2022, found another company to do the work on my sliding door. They showed me that the sliding track replacements used were not the right kind for my door, and that the wrong rollers had to be forced in, therefore affecting the sliding door physically. Because the sliding track rollers were the wrong kind, they cut into the sliding rod track and splitting it.Overall I felt that the service was ok from Valley Glass, but no follow up from the leaking window, or that if the sliding door could not be fixed, then say so. I ended up paying for that service and then a few months later having to pay another company to fix that initial sliding door problem along with the other. I am fine if something cannot be done, that is why I asked for a quote.Due to the lack of follow up from the leaking window incident and sliding door, I would not feel confident in recommending to others. I actually was recommended this company by a co-worker and so far everything had seemed fine until the leaking window part and now this sliding door situation. She was also quite surprised to hear about the leaking window situation and no follow up as well.

I’m a local contractor and use valley west glass as a go to. The end result is always amazing, quick turnarounds and great customer service.

From first contact to the install, these guys were professional and courteous. Jason was helpful and provided a very reasonable quote, and the glass showed up sooner than expected. Install crew were friendly and fast. Final product was exactly what we were hoping for. 5 stars.

Valley West was great to deal with, got a quick quote on the phone and they came by and measure out exactly what glass cut was needed. A week later they came by and installed it in 30 minutes and everything looks great. I would and have recommend them

I recently had Valley West Glass install a frameless shower door in my bathroom. I dealt with Jason over the phone and he was very professional and accommodating as far as setting up the measurment and install. Jeff and another fellow were the installers, they did a great job while being efficient and professional. The glass door looks great and gives the bathroom a high end look. I will be hiring them again for my next bathroom.

I ordered a 4’x5’ mirror from valley west glass for a bathroom Reno I did, several months later finally got to install the mirror and noticed the coating on the back had a defect in it so I called Jason told him what was wrong right away he had me another mirror cut free of charge and delivered there customer service is above and beyond and great people to deal with.Thanks valley west glass

Kudos to Valley West Glass. I had ordered glass for coffee table and when glass arrived it was too wide. I could not find slip of paper with my measurements and they replaced it. Two weeks later found the paper and it was our error not theirs. Called to pay the bill again as that was the right thing to do and they told me not to worry about it. As was my mistake wanted to make this right. They again said don’t worry about it. They even delivered it twice. Would highly recommend Valley West Glass!

By far the best company I’ve dealt with throughout my home renovation. My glass shower doors were installed within 2 weeks of me first contacting Jason for a quote. The quote was significantly lower than quotes I received from other companies. The installation people were friendly and professional and did an excellent job. A few weeks after the install we noticed a small issue, I emailed Jason on a Wednesday night and his crew was here the next morning making the necessary adjustments. We are very happy and will definitely use Valley West Glass again.
