Langley location is terrible to work at, can’t imagine what it is like for customers.

The staff is polite, kind and attentive. They were very helpful in finding the material I needed. Also, when I need to return a part, they were also very kind in finding a solution and didn't charge me any fees as the material was intact.

Worst employee a person with Grey beard and specs i don't know his name. As a dlivery driver i go there to dliver some load he treated me badly. because he don't like his job even he drop load from forklift and doing his job without safety care. He is fed up from his job. No supervisor or senior care what he is doing with that product he hit his forklift many time to pickup.. Strange

This location is causing other Eecol locations to lose significant business. I regularly deal with another branch in the lower mainland. My local branch has excellent service and I stay as loyal as possible to them. Unfortunately Langley is the main distributer of materials to the other branches, and due to Langley's poor organization and poor coordination, I have repeatedly not been receiving my transfers from Langley to my branch. It has gotten to a point where if my branch requires a transfer from Langley I will shop elsewhere entirely.Langley has lost my branch thousands and thousands of dollars of my business. It is now easier to shop elsewhere than rely on this branch to fill even the most basic of orders. Mistakes are repeatedly made and my business suffers every time. Eecol Langley offers zero compensation and makes zero effort to correct it. Multiple times my local branch has done their best to make amends, but there is only so much they can do.As a loyal Eecol customer with repeated annual sales exceeding 400k, it is insulting and infuriating that my only course of action is to write a review on google. No one on a corporate level has ever reached out to offer any plan to change their methods, offer compensation or repair the business relationship. Langley does not care if you are a happy customer or not, and apparently does not mind losing your business. 400k annually is not significant enough to warrant as much as a phone call.This location alone is costing other branches' sales to suffer. They have the materials, I want to buy them, but they just don't show up. It now feels like it is a privilege to shop from this branch, as sometimes my local rep even needs to call this branch to ask for permission" to transfer materials in.Shop at another wholesaler if Langley is the one sending your materials to your local branch. A relaxed yet professional experience. Senior staff are very knowledgable and happy to assist in finding solutions. They stock premium brand products so quality issues are never usually an issue.

One of there workers John Bromley is a piece of fine work! Don't trust this company. Let along the workers that work there. Tools and supplies through the the house. Not to mention the times he went to work high or drunk, I would suggest you find other companies to source work from.

I am a first time customer of this business. As of today, it may be the last time. When I entered the building I went to the city call. After five minutes of waiting, I started my watch timer. After another five minutes, an employee asked what I was doing there and what Im picking up. During this period, Many employees walked passed and I was never greeted or asked if I had been helped. There was no 'service bell' or anything to that affect on the counter. I had struck up a conversation with another customer in line, who frequents this store for his business. He said on almost all occasions he will sit on the chair and wait for up to 20 minutes before anyone even notices he is there. The prices are not competitive, home depot bests them. Not competitive with other businesses in the area that have good service like Gregg. The sales rep over the phone was knowlegeable and friendly to take my order of items before I arrived, but they had mentioned their inventory or management software was from the 1980s and very slow to use.

Was a new customer today and all I needed was a range receptacle. They wouldn't sell me the 3 dollar part because I didn't have an account and min cash sale was 25 dollars. When I asked what the reason was for min 25 dollar purchase the sales rep told me we aren't a Walmart and that the paper work was worth more than the receptical I needed. First and last time I go to Eecol, would rather drive 20 mins further to gescan than ever support a company that turns away new customers.

Stopped in to pick up some lights my electrician ordered. 15 mins before closing. 2 guys on the counter. They called for another guy on the counter. No one came. So they told me they can't take care of me before closing. I'd have to come back another day. That's not how you treat customers.
