Prenatal Yoga Class Calgary

I was referred to Yoga Studio South after decades of trying a myriad of ways to get rid of my chronic pain. Often these methods brought temporary relief but then I was right back in pain again. Vic Mehta helped me identify and address the root causes of the issue. No only is my pain drastically reduced after only a few sessions, I went for a 7 mille hike this morning and was shocked that the usual aches and pains that I got from doing this in the past were no where to be found!I can now anticipate a future filled with hope that I will finally be free to live in reenergized body. Finally, I will be able to do that which I could not even dream of doing in the past! Thanks Vic and Yoga Studio South!

Becoming a mum for a second time 9 years later, I had learned a few things along the way including the importance of being in a good space - mentally and physically. Starting with this end in mind I discovered the Holistic Institute in Deer Run; fantastic location, amazing feel inside and exactly what I was looking for - likeminded professionals who support, educate and work their magic so that I could be my best. I had worries like every mum - labour, baby's position, birth preferences...this amazing team made all the difference for me, for us. I highly recommend this unique and needed concept, service and team - way to go ladies!
